Chad was very informative and helpful. Very detailed as well in what he was saying. Chad was also very professional and knew exactly what to do to fix my problem quickly. He deserves a raise! Stacey was also there and very helpful . I was beyond impressed with the customer service provided.
Terrible customer service. The employees refused to help me or answer my questions. They literally told me to go to Verizon and walked away to go smoke instead of helping me. I think they just didn't know the answer because I was able to Google it later, and all I needed to to was go to a website and enter my information. I went into their store to buy a new phone and upgrade our plans, instead I'm transferring to a new carrier and will never give this company another dime
I was told to go there for help for an overcharge on my bill. They would not even try or talk to the company. When I left they did not say a word. Not even sorry we could not help or good bye or anything, it was pathetic.

Stacey was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and services offered by AT&T and was able to help me find the perfect phone for my needs. With headphones, case and a screen protector. They were patient and took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure that I was happy with my purchase before I left the store. I would highly recommend Stacey to anyone looking for a new phone or other device at AT&T.

We've worked with the owner of Corazon coffee multiple times for our client appreciation events. Nate knows his coffee beans and is easy to work with. This shop also offers a variety of teas if you prefer that over coffee.
