Nicole was awesome helping me get and set up my new phone! She made the experience quick and easy. Shoutout to Josh for also making turning my old phone back in super simple and easy. Other than that the store was super clean and they had lots of nice products. Thanks guys!
Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience at this store over the past few years. My most recent experience was quite negative. I tried to return an unopened Apple watch and, even after showing the employee a screen shot of AT&T policy from the website that 'a restocking fee is NOT charged for the return of an unopened product', they still tried to charge it to me. There was also a lack of disclosure about the contractual charges that would be incurred. A terrible experience at the store and with online customer service. It was not just one associate but two that I had issues with.
The young lady that helped me in the store today was very knowledgeable and a total sweetheart. I wish I had caught her name so I could give her the recognition she deserves.
Russellville is a great AT&T store, employees are always helpful with great attitudes. They have resolved any issues I have had with a smile. Definitely recommend, Brent Huneycutt.
Dustin went above and beyond to make sure my phones got all set up !! I am not good with technology!!! I so appreciate him!! You have a great employee!!
I worked with Kevin Caro he was the best!!! Answered all my questions made me feel like I was family. Great experience thanks Kevin!!!
Worked with Dustin he was very friendly and helpful even came in on his day off to help me.
Great store and the employees are super helpful! I went in there to see about adding my oldest niece to my plan. The employee helped her pick out and phone, explained what it would cost, and how much the bill would be (including the activation fee) impacted. EDIT: I reduced the score to 2 stars because I got to looking at the service breakdown and the employee had signed her up for the ATT Asurion plan, when she specifically said she didn’t want it. This extra $17 charge was something she didn’t want and not being told about it is INCREDIBLY SKETCHY.
