AT&T Store - Cell phone store in Maumelle - 12005 Maumelle Blvd, USA

I praise Carolyn at the Maumelle, Arkansas AT&T store. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed assistance on international service, and she told me exactly what AT&T offered and how the customer paid for it. I also needed assistance on an ap, and she quickly and clearly instructed me on how to use the one on the phone. She treated me with great courtesy.

Excellent customer service. Had some difficulties setting up, and Mr. Brushingham was attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. All without making me feel like an idiot. I am so glad Verizon is in my rear mirror, their lack of customer service is why I switched to AT&T.

The two workers in there were very welcoming & nice! One of them was the manager, Chris. Chris did an exceptional job breaking down the features & benefits of the internet service & even walked me through redeeming my gift cards! All while keeping the atmosphere cool & enjoyable. If ever I have any problems with service or am in need of any new service, I'm going to Chris!!

Drea was phenomenal all throughout our experience. She was pleasant and easy to work with. We had multiple devices moved from another carrier to AT&T, so it took some time, but she was patient and attentive the entire time. Every rep we worked with was incredibly helpful and helped to foster a great experience. Their A/C has been out for a little while, but she remained positive throughout and offered us water multiple times to make sure we were well taken care of. We appreciate all that she did, even given the challenging circumstances.

This store increased my phone bill by more than double and added an extra line on my account without me knowing. Back in May, I brought in my iphone 14 because it had water damage, and I wanted to see about possibly getting it fixed. The cashier, Carolyn G told me that I was eligible for an upgrade if I traded in my old phone and that my bill was only increase by maybe $25. Originally, I wasn’t expecting to get a new phone, but since this didn’t sound like a bad deal, I decided to go with it. What she didn’t tell me was that I would still be paying on my old phone, and that they added a 2nd line with a second phone number to my phone bill, so i’m now stuck paying for my old phone and my new phone. Had she told me that I would have to pay for both phones, I would have never agreed to that and just got my old phone fixed. So now because of them, I have to continue paying for both phones (even though I traded in my old phone) which more than doubled my original bill. I do not recommend anyone doing business with them at all.

Carolyn from the Maumelle location in Arkansas is incredibly disrespectful. She told me that "I could get out of her store" when I asked questions about an incorrect charge of $290. She refused service and disrespectfully told me to leave the establishment after she had previously given me incorrect information that I returned to ask questions about. I then asked for her manager's name, which she refused to give. She also refused to tell me when he would be in so I could speak with him. She just kept repeating “no” to every question I asked. 👎🏽

Chris Drew, Drea were wonderful! They helped me get the best deals and all treated me with respect and made my day bright! I will never go to another ATT unless they move to another store!!

I walked into the Maumelle store and Drew was with a customer. He never acknowledged I walked in. He passes right by me and still did not acknowledge I was in the store. Never spoke, never said he will be right with me NOTHING. I have dealt with AT&T for over 30yrs and have never experienced customer service like this. When he finished with his customer. He addressed me in a low tone like he didn’t want to be bothered. I have two Apple Watches there were eligible for upgrade he tried to get a sale stating it would be easier to add two more lines and cancel the two I had rather than utilize my upgrade. I said no I just need to use my upgrade. While replacing my watches. Another customer comes in and he quickly welcomed them to the store. I asked him why did he not welcome me when I came in. His reply was “he sometimes get distracted when working”. Bull I work with the public everyday and it’s no way I’m going to walk by a customer and not address them. I will not allow him to service my account again. He couldn’t answer a simple question I had about trading in watches like the phones. He said I would have to call back tomorrow to ask a manager but he is guessing no.
