AT&T Store - Cell phone store in Bethpage - 4037 Hempstead Tpke, USA

Leo was very quick to help and explain all services and concerns me and my family had upon visiting. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Just the kind of service a customer would want.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Sylvia at this AT&T store, and I am compelled to share my outstanding experience. In an era where customer service often feels impersonal and rushed, Sylvia stood out! She made every effort possible to help me with my issue. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Sylvia, for your exemplary assistance!

No one was wearing name tags , everyone was on their phone listening to music and texting . I was discriminated by Jason ( assistant manager, allegedly ) , he was standing over me and hovering me while I speaking to customer service . I felt extremely uncomfortable. He kept walking around with the phone I purchased for pickup like I was going to steal . I spoke to two different customer services rep via phone for over a hour , while the associates in the store didn't do much. The worst customer service ever dealing with Jason . He was very shady , he couldn't help me solve any problems . He did not want to call the help desk or star aid. Jason, lied and said he called the district manager but couldn't speak in front of me . Over an hour in the store and he did not want to give me my phone that I paid for and also he couldn't canceled the order . Jason is extremely shady , and I wouldn't trust him with any sensitive information .He kept asking for my passcode and walking away and speaking to people on the phone . I'm not sure if he was giving my info out to other people. ( view photos ) Silvia was rude , and listening to music and texting not very helpful at all . She made some smart rude remarks and walked away . The only positive people at this store was Afran and Tasha.

The female store rep (can’t remember her name) was super courteous and professional, and definitely very knowledgeable, Thanks so much!

I only came in to get a new phone. This staff/group of people where getting hit left right and center. They were helping everyone always kept their cool. They help each other and that’s what’s awesome. A solid thank you to Ronyln for putting my phone cast on. Water proof indeed.

Eric is the most patient and caring person. I just lost my husband and something went wrong with my phone and it caused me to be upset because talking to my friends was comforting me and I felt I was losing that too. Well Eric was the perfect person. He was calming and stayed with me. He spoke to customer service for me with my permission and he was simply the sweetest most compassionate salesman I have ever met. I hope someone higher up sees this. He’s a credit to your store. Seriously. He had the patience and kindness of a saint. Just so kind and caring. Thank you Eric

Our experience with our representative Ed at the AT&T store in Bethpage, NY was excellent, more than a 5 star ⭐️ rating. Ed was extremely kind, courteous and very knowledgeable and helping us transfer all info from Gary‘s iPhone 11 to his new iPhone 14. In my opinion he went above and beyond what needed to be done. We were very grateful for Ed’s expertise. He made this task so easy and carefree. We would like to thank Ed and make sure corporate realizes what a valued employee AT&T has in Ed. Thank you!!!!
