I took my wife to St Augustine for her Birthday just after Christmas and I got to say I was very impressed with the town and the decorations. Just about every inch of the town was covered in lights . The B&B we stayed at was very nice, we stayed at the main house in the Howard Carter room. The room was roomy, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was awesome and the balcony was great to have coffee on in the mornings. Easy check in and walking distance to downtown. Will recommend

We rented the main house and Carriage house for our son’s wedding January 11-13. My husband and I, along with the groomsmen stayed for 3 days. At Journey’s End was a perfect fit for our needs. It is within walking distance to the Lightner Museum where the reception was held. The Lobstah Roll is a great place to have a light lunch. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. Each bedroom has a bath and very comfortable beds. The carriage house has 1 apartment with a full kitchen and the other has a sink, microwave and mini fridge. The main kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, and cooking equipment. Just bring your groceries. The owner, Jacki is a wonderful host, available at all times and quick to accommodate us. Debbie is the boots on the ground. She makes sure the house is clean and ready for the guests. She made us feel like family with her friendly personality. Your experience At Journey’s End will make your visit in St. Augustine special.

We loved staying at journeys in. It had absolutely everything we needed! Some of those being a coffee machine, filtered water, umbrellas, toaster, makeup wipes, 2 TVS, and accessible power points. It was clean, big and well kept. It was just great I cannot fault this place at all. I was so happy with my stay. Debby was also so accommodating and friendly.

This is a bed and breakfast home without the breakfast. We were provided a $25 gift card to a nice local coffee establishment for one morning. Location was excellent with parking guaranteed for one car. We were disappointed, however, that, despite a reservation made well in advance for a non-pet friendly room in the main residence (our strong preference), we were “upgraded” to a pet friendly suite in the annex. It was large and clean but had an overwhelming smell of cleaning products. The shower was ancient looking but useable. |So beware, it is the policy of this residence that you can be moved to another room. Whenever a family wants all four rooms in the main house, you may be booted to the annex.

I wanted to go to St Augustine’s “Nights of Light” celebrations and activities. |Due to health issues, I didn’t get to book as far in advance as I would have liked. When I did book, there weren’t a lot of options in the B&B category.||At Journey’s End was on my list of places I would try and they did have a room for my 3 nights. I chose the Howard Carter since it is in the original house and has a large balcony to sit on.||At Journey’s End isn’t a B&B in that they don’t serve breakfast. B&Bs will also often have a little happy hour. And the hosts live in the home as well. So there are opportunities to meet other travelers and get info from the host. Here a manager comes in for a short period mid-day to clean rooms. I don’t really care for AirBnBs for the same reasons—no one around and no other travelers.||Anyway, our room was a bit snug, but did have a large bathroom and a large deck. I tried to sit in the common rooms downstairs to do some desk work but it was so warm I had to retreat upstairs where it was cooler.||All in all, the place is nice, but doesn’t really meet what I want in accommodation.

At Journeys End - Best stay we've had in St. Augustine yet. We stayed in the uber clean Lewis and Clark suite-plenty of room, full kitchen, parking, and cold AC (much needed in FL heat). This was our first stay, loved it so much, we will be back for sure to see the Christmas lights this winter. The space was a retreat after a day touring the city with plenty of room for everyone to rest and spread out, by not being on top of eachother in a regular hotel room everyone was happy! We had space to get ready for a night out with easy walking distance to the areas best restaurants (River and Fort was awesome). With the full kitchen, we could bring groceries too, giving us options to prepare/cook and kids to enjoy a frozen treat in our room-a rare amenity to have the full size frig. This was the perfect location for our home base while enjoying the town. Host had great communication and ready to help with recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

Excellent experience during the Night of Lights in St Augustine. The room was clean and ready upon our arrival. The hosts were very helpful and communicated check in instructions well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet stay while in town.

Great little spot. Stopped in for my first time and had the Asada Bowl. Solid little bite of food, I must say. Good choice of hot sauces for the dips. The staff was very personal and welcoming.
