I went to the store to buy a rug for my living room and I was looking around for someone to help my husband and I. We seen that the rug that we wanted was out of stock and they only had the one in display available. James was so kind to help us and he was so helpful and took his time and wrapped it for us. Thank you so much this is what you call excellent customer service. My husband and I are so pleased with the service that we received.
For this to be a home store with above average priced merchandise, the bathroom needs an upgrade. None of the tissue was on the roll, it wasn't clean, the sinks are old fashion, one of the soap dispensers were broke, and the dryer didn't work. I like the store especially when there is a sale or I have coupon, but I was very unsatisfied with the bathroom...
This is a vast warehouse of outdoor furniture, housewares, organizational totes , etc. Prices were reasonable. Everything was displayed in well thought out order. Plan on spending some money . It's hard to walk out empty handed. Wear your walking shoes.
First i bought two items and paid for the delivery fee. and they chose to deliver it at the store even though i ordered delivery and paid the fee and i even gave them my address. and that they only delivered one item out of the two. when i said that i could pick up the one item and have them deliver the other one to my house they refused and only said they could give me my money back. Horrible service
This was my first time at this store It was beyond amazing super clean and everything you think of for inside or outside your home is here. Everyone friendly and if there is a nic on an item they will discount it.
The manager "Antoine" was so unrespectful to my daughter , my sister & my wife while they were trying to make a purchase from this store and he refused to honor the website 10% student discount in a very unprofessional way. Will never let any of our family member go back to this store.
