At Home - Home goods store in Dedham - 300 Providence Hwy, USA

We go to this store occasionally for random items for the house, but mostly to browse. It's sort of out of the way from where we go to most of our errands, so we don't go there often, but we enjoy looking around when we do have errands in that area. It's sort of like an upscale ocean state job lot which we go to more often at it's closer to us. The main reason we go here is to look at the rugs as they have a decent selection and you can feel and see what they look like outside of just a photo, so it's easier to visualize it in the location you want. They have tags so you can find the rug on the shelf and when you find a rug that is not tagged with a price, you can call someone to come and scan for you with a little toner right away the rug area. I never use it cause at most stores no one ever comes, but a gentleman saw us heading to the cashier with 2 rugs because we didn't know the price and told us we could use the van button, but since we were close to the register, he went and got a scanner and then carried the rug we didn't want back. The selection of home products is great, the service is great with ample parking.. and although they have online ordering to just pick up when you get there, for rugs I recommend going in and checking them out in person. It's a place we like to go to when we can.. and my cat really enjoyed the rug we at got this time.

This was the first time my spouse and I visited this store. We came to purchase lampshades and wall decor. I must say the selection was great, prices reasonable and the staff courteous. We were looking forward to spending time browsing the store. Unfortunately we could not stay longer than necessary because of the overwhelming fragrance diffused throughout the store. There are many people who, due to health conditions such as migraine and asthma, cannot be around strong fragrances without becoming ill, my spouse and I being two such people. Please reconsider the use of fragrance in your store. It does nothing to enhance the shopping experience and drives away those who have health conditions exacerbated by fragrance.

I am writing to express my sincere THANK YOU to Katie at the Dedham location. I recently purchased 6 counter stools, 3 of which were delivered promptly. After speaking with Jason and Katie regarding the missing deliveries, Katie went above and beyond to make sure my items were located and delivered to me. She recognized my disappointment, made several calls and set up deliveries that unfortunately did not happen, but she was not deterred. Katie's tenacity and determination to make sure this customer was satisfied demonstrates the meaning of customer service. Katie is truly an asset to At Home!!! Thank you, Katie for caring. Been wanting to get here for awhile! At first, it was overwhelming how much they had. After getting thru store, somewhat overpriced and a lot could be found cheaper at other retailers.... Tons of prints or wall art but just a lot of inventory that is overpriced.

Fear prices, lot to choose for every corner of your house, from candles to sophisticated pieces of art. Furniture and much more! Check out the patio furniture has some good deals!!!

This place is big. I was amazed of the variety. Great selection of home goods. All seasons items.

Massive store, think TJ Maxx home goods department and Michaels on steroids. Patio furniture, furniture , mirrors, decor, kitchen items, organizational items, etc etc etc God speed
