Cozy museum on ASU Tempe grounds. The little craft room where you can make cactus plants was a fun and creative experience. Enjoyed exploring the exhibits – a gem in the campus!
Entrance was free.
Thought provoking exhibits. Some of them are interactive. There are also some posters you can take home for free. It's small so it's a quick visit. I wouldn't drive exclusively to visit it but it's great if you are already nearby since it's free.
Small and unique art museum in the heart of ASU campus in Tempe. Parking is complimentary for up to 2 hours. The galleries are separated into 3 floors but exhibits are small and limited. A lot of contemporary works that are interesting and the visit took less than hour to complete the tour.
Small university museum. There are about 5 galleries in there. Free admission. The building is nice, with unique architecture. Showing more identity kind of exhibits - like Indian tribes, or Mexican heritage. The student staff is super nice. Great place to just chill and cozy up in the heat of Phoenix
Half the museum is closed. Not much to see, just a few pictures and paintings in three small rooms on three floors. Not worth the time even when it's free parking and admission.
As many others said, the building/architecture looks very interesting. I’m not familiar with the brutalist style; instead, I see design elements that resemble Mayan pyramids and a nearby building may be mimicking the Coliseum in Rome :)
Oh, I agree that the exhibits themselves are somewhat underwhelming but, with free parking, the place is worth visiting, even if it’s only for the building itself.
Probably the lamest art museum I’ve ever been to. To top it off, three galleries were empty or closed, they wouldn’t validate parking (because I parked in the garage literally next to the art museum), and they closed their “sculpture garden” because it MIGHT rain. 😂 (Newsflash- it never rained. And if it did, so what?!) Save your time and skip this one…
Highly recommend a visit to this unique museum. It feels like you are descending into a stone pyramid, the architecture is just as much of the draw as the artwork inside. Be sure to walk upstairs to view the rest of the building from all sides.
Classes here are amazing! After a search for a high quality online yoga class, I am home. To be perfectly honest, I was skeptical how it would all work but my schedule didn't allow for in person so I went for it. Initially, I felt a little uncomfor
Everyone is so friendly and encouraging, I love this place! The workouts are amazing and I'm learning some self defense techniques. These classes have been the perfect addition to my weekly routine.
