I was impressed by Ben’s professionalism. He responded quickly, arrived on time, and thoughtfully offered to remove his shoes when he entered our house. He checked out the area of my concern, said it was not related to a water leak, and offered a very affordable fix. While many service providers would have offered a more costly and time-consuming service, Ben was genuinely here to help, not make a buck. He is knowledgeable, polite and extremely personable. Would definitely recommend his work, and use his services again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. From the get go, this company was more interested in the amount our insurance was going to pay rather than discussing plans, models, or even the steps to get our flooded kitchen and daughter's room back to shape. They were called out to remove any and all water damaged product in our house. They spent 3 days removing 1 wall and running a dehumidifier that ran our power bill to $500 that month. After they left, I went to my daughters room and found nothing ha been done. I literally took 1 finger and broke away more drywall that was rotten, molded, and had an arced live wire right behind it that was water damaged. There was damp insulation left in the closet walls they were told to take, they didn't touch the carpet or pad. Here's the kicker, they charged my insurance $5400 for work they never did. They never left the bedroom (meaning I still have a wall of mold behind the dishwasher that leaked that I HAD TO SPRAY AND KILL THE MOLD), my husband and I had to rip out a ceiling that still had active growing mold, drywall, rotting furling strips, but they charged as if they tore out the kitchen, mitigated mold upstairs, had a commercial dumpster, etc. Literally lying to overcharge my insurance. If I hadn't caught that, we would be screwed when it came time to actually do the work. I'll let the pics show the progress. The first Pic shows the wall I tore out with a single finger, the rot that was left, and the closet they charged for but clearly didnt touch. And the bill. Remember, no dumpster, nothing was touched outside of this bedroom, and they didn't do anything except fog which clearly didn't work because ive been spraying mold for 2 days now and the carpet needs to be professionally stretched and cleaned (which is out of my pocket now). We ripped out the rest of the room which took a whopping 3 hours including cleanup

We currently live in Oklahoma. We decided to sell our house in South Ogden, UT in January. When the home inspection was completed we were told that our attic had mold and it needed to get resolved quickly. I was in shock and had never encountered this type of issue before. Since I didn’t know anyone who specialized in this field I asked our realtor for suggestions. She asked around and was told to contact Asset Environmental Services, Ben & his team would take care of us. Our realtor made the initial call to explain what was needed, sent the inspection report and pictures and explained our situation. Ben reviewed the information and pictures that were sent to him and immediately called me to let me know he could go on Monday to start work. He quoted me a very reasonable price and went to work the next business day. That Monday he called me and sent me before and after pictures of all the work that he completed. Again, he took the initiative to call me (not just text) and explained that he was able to get rid of the mold and it was more than what the inspector put in his description but he was only going to charge what was quoted (A business that will hold to their word). He also explained the reason the mold was there was due to a collar around the roof vents that were deteriorating. I asked if he knew of anyone who could assist or if his company could do this work too. To my surprise they were able to handle this for me too and get me in quickly since they knew my situation. Within the next couple of days, in the bad snowy weather, they arrived and got up on the roof and replaced the seals /collars and re-tarred for both vents. Within minutes of completing the work he sent me my before & after pictures of the work done. Again, he called to discuss what he had sent to me and let me know how much longer they would be at the house finishing the clean-up work. It was fabulous!! I received nothing but amazing customer service & work from Ben & team. The added stress of having mold and deteriorating collars on the roof vents when selling a home is really not fun but knowing that you have someone with excellent work ethics, work quality, great communication, responsiveness and very reasonably priced made it that much easier for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Asset Environmental Services to anyone who needs this type of service. Thank you for helping me get my issue resolved so quickly.

My wife and I discovered we had black mold growing in our subflooring as well as additional surprises. Asset Environmental was the only company that would answer our call on a Sunday. Ben was extremely helpful in educating us on the situation and stepping us through the process. His team came over right away the next morning. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable and were more than willing to accommodate our unique situation. They do an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
