If I could give this place 0 starts I would! Absolutely terrible. My mom and I were looking for a good hotel for our girls weekend. After a 5 hour drive we were tired and ready for a nice hotel stay. When we checked in the front desk lady was rude and acted annoyed with us. After we got our room key and headed to our room, we walked in with one light hardly working. Like we do with all hotels, we check the bed for any bugs. The beds checked inspection but something about the room still didn’t feel right, i noticed a chair in the corner of the room being placed very odd. I moved the chair and decided to look behind it. To my surprise there was an entire corner filed with bugs, and spiders. We took a picture and went down the the main office to get our money back and to find a new hotel. We showed the lady the picture and she denied that the bugs were there before we showed up. I showed her to the room and showed her the corner of insects and she denied giving us our money back, she claimed “ all we can do is give you another room” we continued to demand our money back and we asked for a manager. When she got on the phone with her manager he claimed that since we had “used the beds” we could not get our money back. Mind you this whole incident happened within 20 minutes of checking in. He refused to give us our money back so my mother and I drove to a different hotel. Do not stay here!!!
Great hotel. Room was clean and tidy. We made a last minute reservation and we're taken care of wonderfully. Staff was friendly and helpful. Right off the main road but I didn't hear any road noise from where our room was located. Thank you.
I feel it is necessary to write a review when there are so many negative reviews. I’m not saying the other people are embellishing their experiences. I am sharing my own because I was pleasantly surprised. My house was undergoing some emergency 24-hour renovations that required I stay away for a day and a night with little to no notice. I attempted to stay at a variety of hotels in the area. However, I faced two unique challenges. First, I was paying with cash due to losing my ATM card the day before, and; I didn’t have a reservation. Many places turned me away because I was paying cash. Those that didn’t were completely booked. I almost thought I was going to be sleeping in my vehicle, until I called Aspen Hotel Rogers. Not only did they have rooms available, but they would gladly accept cash for payment. Truthfully, I was a little hesitant about staying here because of some of the reviews I read. However, I was quite desperate and decided it couldn’t be worse than sleeping in my car. The location was very decent and quite central to Rogers. I had numerous options for breakfast if I chose to go out. Or, I had the option of choosing the hotel continental breakfast. The staff member who performed my check in recognized me from the earlier phone call I made concerning availability, so he already knew my situation. The check in process was minimal. Name, phone number, car make and model and I was done once I paid for the room. The entire process was under five minutes. I made it to my room and I have to say this is where I surprised. The room may have needed to be updated for cosmetic appearances, but that in no way impacted the functionality. The bed was comfortable enough for me and I found it to be much more comfortable than a car seat. I know this may not be important to some but the bed linens were actually really nice, as well as the pillows. I chose to shower before bed and was provided with plenty of towels and other necessities I didn’t get to pack because of the sheer unexpectedness of my stay. The shower had great water pressure and was able to get hot enough to wash the soreness from my joints. Afterwards, I went to bed and was not disturbed once during the entire evening. I woke up feeling rested and ready to deal with more joys of owning a home. Overall, this place was really great. They were very accommodating and quite friendly and willing to help me. The rooms while nothing to look at per se, were comfortable and quiet enough to get a decent amount of sleep throughout the night. It wasn’t my first choice, but it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. I hope you find the same should you choose to stay here.
Easy access, clean room, very nice hotel. We were lucky enough to get a ground floor,(they don't have an elevator and I have an issue with my left knee) It's pet friendly and has guest laundry...which I used. The bathroom was nice and clean, the bathtub/shower was nice and updated. And had PLENTY of hot water (which is my thing)...the pool area was gorgeous. I didn't have time to enjoy it, but will for sure if we travel through this way again in the future. The only thing I had any issue with at all...was the breakfast. It wasn't very good. Rock hard stale muffins, weird ham circles, and soured orange juice. It was lacking very much for variety and freshness. Could have been bc it was at 8:00 am idk. But in any case, it is literally the only issue I had with the hotel at all. The beds were nice and comfy. The rooms had plenty of good heat. There were no bugs...which I was worried about after reading the reviews...I saw none. Service was nice and friendly.
Positive: "" Negative: The room has a strong, musty odor. We changed to a room across the hall, but is also had the musty odor.
Basic, but really clean and super well maintained. It's far better than you might expect. Definitely recommend this place.
Due to some travel circumstances had to find a hotel past midnight and these kind people took us in. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The hotel desk person very nice to talk to. There wasn't an elevator and some stairs to climb. The room wasn't over the top fancy but very clean. The bedding was comfortable and very starched white clean. Also they give you plenty of bathroom towels. Very standard room but kudos to their cleaning staff. The next morning we had a nice little free breakfast and we were on our way again. Very reasonable price too. This hotel a great clean practical stay.
Great place to stop from a long travel day. Very relaxing pool and hot tub area

Beautiful small park that turns into a magical wooded fall setting. The yellows were so bright and beautiful. We chose this setting with the red barn for our family photos.
Very fun and clean! Everything is in good condition, the water is always clear and clean, there are plenty of tables and shade and trash/recycling stations. The kids have a lot of fun and make new friends
Part 1: Excellent waitress that provided us with great service and good food. My wife and I split the Reuben. The bread was a little soggy, and the sandwich kind of fell apart. The meat was a little on the fatty side but not too chewy. I prefer the m
What an absolutely charming place. Our service was great, the staff there is so friendly! We got queso with our chips and it was good. Rich but not overly so. Taco platters were awesome. Meat has great flavor and the rice and beans were on point.
The atmosphere here is always great and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend on that alone, however, they do have great food. If it has been awhile since you have been here somethings have changed though. On how you get full or half sizes. Seating
This was our first time at Freddy's and we enjoyed everything. We both got a single burger with a bunch of stuff on it and we both wish we would've gotten the double. Great burger though! French fries are shoestring type and there's two very tasty fr
