Asian BBQ & Pho Restaurant - Asian restaurant in Visalia - 3710 S Mooney Blvd, USA

Me and my husband come to eat here very often. The food is so good, I totally recommend the thai tea and some calamari rings! The service is great every single time, they are very helpful when you need something or have a question. We have been there during busy times too so it can be a little overwhelming when it’s very packed. Only thing I realize is some people lose patience when waiting to be called for a table, especially for people who come in for BBQ.

We really enjoyed our time here. The food was good but what really stood out was the customer service. Our server Charleston was great. He gave good recommendations and was there anytime we needed refills or wanted to order more. On top of that, he was the only one helping our section of multiple other tables at one point. This just made our experience so much better. We’d definitely come back and hopefully Charleston is there.

Hands down, the #14 (salt and pepper fried boneless chicken) is the best. It's all I ever get there, so I have no idea if everything else is good. I get it mild with extra sweet sauce. So good. Staff is friendly but very busy. I've never ate inside..but looks interesting.

It was so good I forgot to take a picture. I ordered the Seafood Pho and it was great. Shrimp tender, fish cooked perfectly and didn’t fall apart, broth was delicious. We also ordered Peach Soju, Beef Pho, and side of fries. The hot green tea was not good but that doesn’t matter compared to everything else. Am definitely going back next time we’re in town.

Wish I could have tried this place, lots of people told me food is pretty good. But we walked in today and a young lady looks down at a sheet then looks at us like we are dirt and tells us we have to sign in and walks away. Omg the attitude this jerk had was amazing, it was like I walked in to a 4 star Michelin restaurant wearing solid overalls. Get rid of this punk she will cost u business. We walked out,

Great food, disaster in all other ways. Front of house is slammed, no organization, take out food getting cold as people wait in line. I ordered egg rolls and Thai tea with my order, no one said they were out till I arrive and start paying. Foods great but they need more staff and specified tasks to complete.

I order seafood pho ( 4 half pieces of cheap fish balls, 1 piece of fish, 3 pieces shrimps), noodle were broken and soup is blank and cold。 I wait for more than 30 minutes for food and 10 minutes to check out. I can only give 1 star to this restaurant.

The foods were great, it’s delicious and so much! The service were good too although short of staff, we wait a bit then it’s our turn, we’ll definitely come back often 😊👍🏻
