Ashley Store - Furniture store in Sumter - 2850 Broad St, USA

We bought this beautiful loveseat from Ashley Furniture about a month ago. It was ordered and then was delivered today. DJ and Dennis delivered and set it up. They were both so very nice, professional and helpful, explaining all the great functions on this loveseat, like charging your phone by dropping in into the charging slot on the arm, and being able to charge another item at the same time with your charging cord plugged it. There is a console in the middle for storing the remote and charging cords, a place for your drinks, and each arm lifts up for more storage! We appreciate and thank DJ and Dennis and Ashley Furniture!!!

My bestie/sister and I visited Ahsley's on 1/31/24. It was a very difficult time for her. But the Lord allowed us to have a wonderful experience on this day. The sales associate Lisa was phenomenal and the store manager was as well. Everything my sister wanted and needed to make a smooth transition was right at her finger tips. Lisa and Scott made sure she was taken care of and she did not have to wait for weeks to get what she needed. With a heart of gratitude,we say thank you. And I pray that the Lord will continue to bless you as you have blessed my sister!

My entire furniture buying process with Ashley was amazing. Nathan helped me tremendously when it came to finding the perfect furniture for my decor ideas, my space, and my budget. He was so incredibly kind and personable, while Becca was so, so sweet and considerate with helping Nathan and me out with the paperwork. When the time came for delivery and set up Robert Williams and DJ were uber professional. They delivered my items with care and regarded me with politeness and respect. They even took the time to map out the best way to place my bed in my room for design and space purposes. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience from top to bottom. I would highly recommend this team at Ashley.

We just had part of our furniture delivered and we're so very pleased with the efficiency and quality of our Ashley furniture delivery. Robert and Dj were so very respectful, kind and polite. They arrived with the biggest smile on their faces ,this is very rare to see that in our world today. I'm thankful for them making my day extra, extra special. Maddie and Jay are great. We had a miscommunication about when our couch would be delivered and even though we didn’t end up on their books for the day we were expecting, they still fit us in. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to get the job done. Andy and Josh are also amazing and I definitely suggest shopping here, good deals and great employees.

They made me feel comfortable with my purchases, and they were very patient with me! My items arrived much sooner than expected and in very great condition.
