Ashley Store - Furniture store in Kirkwood - 10525 Manchester Rd, USA

My sales person was Becky Morrissey. She was fantastic. She gave me choices, options, helped me search for exactly what I was looking for. Did not over pressure me for anything more than what I had requested…. She was very friendly, and I felt relaxed in the store while I search for my ideal chair. One request I have for her, is that you update her with a more up-to-date laptop. She had issues with it losing battery life, even with it being plugged!.thank you Becky!! 5 stars for her!

I have had absolutely the worst experience of my life dealing with Ashley’ furniture. I ordered king sized bed from Ashley’s 2 months ago. They seem to order beds in separate different pieces instead of just a whole bed. When my order was put it, it was missing 3 different items to make my bed. I called up to store multiple times and after 4th delivery attempt I finally had all the parts but now one of the parts is damaged. Now the store and customer service line have washed their hands of this mishap and say they can do nothing about it. Now they are making me deal with a 3rd party vendor to put my bed today and fix it even though I paid for white glove delivery. The delivery team complained about having to put the bed together and it never got put together. Now after purchasing this bed, it seems like I will not have a bed until after 3 months post purchase. This has been the absolute worst experience. I will absolutely never buy from them again and caution everyone else.

Mr. Jim Zimmerly, was very helpful with finalizing my wife and I sales purchase of furniture. I am looking forward to doing business with Jim again. He's an excellent salesman.

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased furniture in the store to my find it cheaper online (not on sale—- just a cheaper regular price). The delivery and protection plan was also cheaper online. Long story short. Once my price match request was escalated, the representative confirmed that the prices in the store are increased to recoup/pay for the finance charges Ashley pays for customers who opt for the 5 years free financing. Delivery charge is higher in the store because they use contractors…. And the protection was higher in the store because you get the “added bonus” of getting the amount you pay for the protection plan as store credit IF you don’t use the warranty within 5 years. Knowing you probably will use it and wouldn’t get the in store credit. So. Just beware when you purchase furniture from Ashley Homestore (check prices and ask questions). But given my experience with their customer service….. they truly don’t care about the customer or the fact they are deceiving their customers. I wish I could return this furniture. This was my first, and now last, purchase I will ever make from Ashley Homestore or Ashley Industries (online)

I'm very pleased with the service I received. I had done a lot of shopping around at different stores. Then I noticed that most of the furniture I liked was made by Ashley, so I decided to go to the Ashley store. Patient knowledgeable salesman JR explained all of my options, and made it a non stressful experience. Great job!

A really nice experience. The salesman (Tim Matt) was helpful and attentive without being pushy. He was knowledgeable and listened to my needs. With his help I was able to make a selection...and he offered to meet the online price. A pleasant buying experience. Thanks! Highly recommend this store.... and salesman.

Derek at the Kirkwood store was an amazing. He was knowledgeable and took the time to find the right mattresses for us. I am getting much better sleep because of this. Additionally, he was able to secure us financing or we wouldn’t have been able to purchase items for our new home. He took a lot of time to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. He really made our experience enjoyable and less stressful.

Everything we needed in one location. Derek was very knowledgeable about all the items we were looking for and was reassuring in making the right choices. Will definitely choose the Kirkwood location over closer ones to us!
