Honestly, we didn’t have the best experience at first. The salesman had accidentally written the wrong item number down and it wasn’t caught until the wrong couch showed up in our living room. I ran up to the store to get it straightened out and the manager Jason Mckey helped me. He was very nice and professional. He listened and filed the paperwork that needed to be filed it get it fixed. He was very thorough and did not rush me. He gave me his full attention and it felt like he really cared and wanted to make things right. The salesman also came over, admitted he had made the mistake, and he gave an apology that felt very sincere. Even though it didn’t go perfectly, the way this situation was handled made up for it. We got our correct couch and it’s very nice. Good quality and comfortable. Thank you Jason for fixing a situation that could’ve gone very wrong and doing it in a timely matter. You went above and beyond to make sure we got what we thought we had originally purchased and we are very grateful for that.
The only reason why I'm giving three stars is because the manager that work that night that greeted us as we came in and the older lady with the purple leather jacket that greeted us as we left, checked on us to see if we needed any help. That's the only reason why the three stars are there. Those 2 actually deserve five stars. But the bald head guy with the beard I understand it was the end of the night, but it's still your job until you close (which was in 45 minutes) to help us. He seem as if we were bothering him because we were looking for someone to help us. So we ended up just walking out. The older lady, she did a very wonderful job of asking if we needed any type of assistance. She's the sweetest little lady that you can ever run across. A true gem if you ask me and the manager that night I forget his name, but he was very informative and helpful and at the time when we were looking at something we were interested in, he was busy which was understandable the bald head guy was not. He was very agitated because we called for him to come over and see if he could help or get somebody to help us. He did get on his mic and told somebody to help us but his attitude sucked camel *ss. So whether it was closing towards the end of the night it doesn't matter you still have to do your job and treat customers with respect.
The showroom is very nice. No one bombarded us when we walked in, which was nice to settle in and look around a bit solo. Sales person was kind - they pushed the protection plan repeatedly even after we declined but overall, pleasant, easy and quick experience!
Bought two recliners. Delivery was on time but one of the recliners is defective. Customer service in this area is a joke. We had to send pictures in an email and they would see if they could get a service technician to come out in a week or ten days. Absolutely unacceptable! They should bring us a new chair and take back the defective one. Unbelievable! For a national company this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I had a fantastic experience at Ashley! I worked with Tim and he was awesome. He introduced himself and ensured he was available, but didn’t nag us or sway us one way or another. If you’re looking for a peaceful, productive, and affordable experience when buying furniture, check out Ashley and ask for Tim!! They had a BOGO sale going on while I was there, but it seemed like there’s always a promotion going on. Check them out!
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I highly recommend Scott. Thanks for helping me furnish my new condo. I’ll only go to Ashley going forward. It was a quick and delightful experience and the prices (deals) were second to none.
I was not given white glove delivery as indicated on my invoice. Delivery workers were courteous but said they do not put things together when I asked them if they install the shelves on my shelving unit. Also, the legs were not installed on my server piece. So.. if those things are important to you.. make sure they do them.
So the store ordered the wrong mattresses for our twin bunk. They sent out queen mattresses. This experience has been a complete disaster. Manager of the store told me the soonest they could get the new mattresses out is 3 days which would be on a Tuesday. The problem is the pending mattresses won’t remove from pending until the truck comes back to the warehouse. So i would need to buy them in order to receive the mattresses on Tuesday. Otherwise i can wait until they come back and remove from pending. They can’t guarantee that i will be able to still receive them on that Tuesday. So now my son has to sleep on a floor until further notice because we already donated his old bed. After all this i will never recommend or use Ashley furniture ever again. Wish there was a option for 0 stars. Thanks Ashley furniture for this terrible experience.
