Ashley Store - Furniture store in Greenwood - 733 Loews Blvd, USA

After research and conferring with furniture professionals, I decided to go to Ashley. When I walked in I was very impressed at how beautifully appointed the store was and then greeted by Austin. Austin was knowledgeable, friendly and gracious as he showed me around items in which I told him I was interested in purchasing. We honed in on recliners and I sat in numerous while he patiently waited by answering my questions and pointing to ones that had the features I liked. I bought a recliner and since it was on Sale, I sort of got free delivery. I will definitely be back for that bedroom suite! Thank you Ashley and especially thank you Austin. I'm obviously sold. I have high hopes this is quality stuff long-term.

Wanted to specifically write this review for the AWESOME customer support I recieved. Quality is definitely awesome too. The quality of furniture is also very good. My story: I recently purchased a queen bed frame set from Ashley. But the order I wanted was different than order put in(due to error). I did not realize this (as the order was itemised for the parts)But when delivered, it was different than what I wanted. I was a little upset as now I will have to live with the furniture which got delivered. I contacted the store to fix my order. I even told them I am ready to re-order/pay for all the parts which were missed as they had not billed that for me. All I wanted was an exchange without additional delivery changes. How Ashley Went Above and beyond: They fixed my order with the actual parts I needed. Also did not charge additional for parts which were not billed. I really think very highly of them now. This was definatly next level customer satisfaction. Hence decided to write this review. Would love to do more shopping at Ashley.

Huge selection so easy to find something that fit my needs. Dustin was very helpful getting it all setup for delivery and payment. I had some card issues with it being a large $ purchase and he was super patient while I got it all worked out with my bank.

My experience was great. Sean helped me and was a big help. He spent a couple hours with me , helping me me a decision on what bedroom set to pick out. It won’t be delivered until next month but the buying experience was definitely worth every penny. I would highly recommend.

We had a great experience purchasing our sofa and loveseat from Ashley in Greenwood. Rosy was very helpful as well as the manager working. Super friendly too. They pointed us to great options, we’re super patient as we made sense of all the different financial options, and made sure we felt great about our purchase. We can’t wait for our couch and loveseat to arrive next week!

The sales associates at this store were incredibly professional and assistive. As opposed to badgering us while we were walking, Perla and others took time out of their day to help us upgrade to a king sized bed for our home. They knew we were on a budget, and they still helped us find the perfect piece on clearance to match our current bedroom set! My wife and I are extremely happy with our bed frame, and we can’t wait for our mattress to come in today! I will definitely return to Ashley when we need to replace our next furniture set.

$300 for white glove service…never again. 3k couch had stains from the black gloves used to man handle the couch into the house and they couldn’t even be bothered with disposing of the trash properly. Now it’s my issue because Waste Management will absolutely not take the trash as it was left sitting atop the cans in one massive ball. “No hassle delivery” 🙄 yeaaa right.

I have been trying to get an issue with a protection plan resolved for over a week. I was sold the wrong protection plan and the warranty company could not help me. Ashley corporate opened a ticket with the “business management” division who was going to correct the issue with the Greenwood store. I have not heard anything back from anyone, yet have received two text messages from the Greenwood store asking me for a review. So I know something has been done on my account but can’t get anyone to tell me what. Complete lack of communication from this company is unacceptable. I will be calling corporate again.
