Eric the GM was fantastic. Very helpful, no pressure experience! Eric was great showing us the merchandise on the floor as well as directing us to additional options online if we didn’t see what we liked in store. Purchased 3 bedroom sets in store with a quick delivery time.

The general manager and the young lady working with him were very helpful and knowledgeable of the items that I was purchasing and gave very good advise on what be be budget friendly and what had great quality the items were. They also, was very concerned about my situation and not only that they were great conversations too. I would recommend them anytime to other customers too.
Being a first time buyer, I was really nervous and wasn't sure how to start. After speaking with an associate and did some browsing, I started calming down a little and it turned out to be easier than I thought. I shopped online first and saw some furniture I liked. Unfortunately the store doesn't actually have it but the sales people showed me something comparable. I picked it out and was checked out promptly. It was probably a fifteen minute deal which was nice.

I ordered a sectional and recliner on line, after it was delivered, I did not like the left side chaise. It did not fit well in the living room. I returned it for the right side chaise. Since I ordered the first one online, I could not do an even swap. I had to return it and buy a new one. Eric Hill did a great job in helping me get the best price for the replacement sectional. I highly recommend the Albemarle, NC store.

Service was slow, but that's expectable these days. Waitress was nice, friendly. The Gouda grits were pretty good! The pigs in a blanket taco was amazing. That smokey bacon with the spinach, feta and eggs was so good, especially the smokey bacon.
This library is wonderful for my whole family! The staff are friendly and helpful. I love to take my daughter here to read and check out books. They also have computers to use and a printer.

I love going here near Christmas time. They have things that you don't normally see anywhere else and some candy you can't get anywhere else. Prices are great if you don't want the brand name stuff. But I mostly only shop here around Christmas time.
