Ashley Stewart needs to have much better customer service. This is the only plus size store that will send your items back without notice. Lane Bryant, Torrid will definitely call you beforehand. I had a 2nd order coming to the same store for pick as well. So now one is sent back and I have still come to the store for the 2nd one.
I stood there waiting for someone to ask if I needed help one lady stood leaning on counter while another was ringing up. I understood the lady was ringing up someone but somebody could've at least acknowledged me. I went to Land Bryant and got incredible customer service
Every one spoke as I walked around the store. I had a long wait at check out. The lady in front had a box of online returns. After about five minutes another person was instructed to check me out

Nice, but the manager or supervisor was VERY unprofessional. This is the reason why I rather shop online not only its better deals but , I do not have to deal with somewho you do not want to work. The card reader was down so she had to suspend my purchase and move to the other register she was frowning and then got an attitude, hands me my reciept and walk off.I will be reporting her to corporate!
That's why I shop online because at this location attitudes are terrible and I get tired of sales associates act like they own the store. I brought some items back to the store I purchased online they weren't Online Exclusive they wouldn't let me returned my items, went to the store location on park didn't have a problem, of course I call in to report the situation and I told them I will never go to that location again, remember I am and millions more are the reasons Ashley's is in business as they say here today gone tomorrow great customer service what keep you coming back so get rid of the stank attitude because their are too many others store out there!!!
The good thing about Ashley Stewart is, they specialize in curves. Think "Tinkerbell". I have a tiny waist but have a butt, thier pants fit very well. My only issue is the price vs quality. When you are curvy, there aren't a ton of options for small waist big hips, becoming more readily available now, so they can give you mediocre quality but charge quite a bit for it.
I think I'm in love, lol. Shopping the store in person, shows their clothes better than online. They have some beautiful clothes. Love them. A little pricey, but very cool styles.
I walked in a few times in last 4 months, no greeting they made me feel as if I was a bothered and I have spend $400 with this store. Today I felt so unwelcome I returned clothes that I wasn't planning on returning. I will never go back the customer service has fallen

This store amazes me. The staff is so helpful. They really help with styling and finding what works for you. Best retail experience you can get in the area. Great work clothes.
Friendly service, great coffee, delicious sausage/egg breakfast croissants. Clean, bright welcoming space to sit with free Wi-Fi. A little music in the background would make it perfect. A little hard to find--signage not obvious.
Wonderful training facility. Did training there for 6 months and it was the best experience I ever had with a trainer. Jamal encourages you to do your best while inside or outside the gym. When you are there, you feel like family. Looking forward to

This is one of our FAVORITE places to shop!! I come up from Jackson, MS, to shop here with my sister. The clothes are fantastic, last a long time, and are beautiful. Also, the best part of this store is the staff. Courtney is our absolute favorite. S

I have loved this place for years! Now its even bigger and better! Knowledgable friendly staff. Great quality items at good prices and cheaper sales tax in Mississippi. They have loyalty points too which is a great bonus.
