I enjoy practicing at Asha yoga. The instructors are great and very knowledgeable. I always feel comfortable and welcomed.

After a long break from yoga, I found Asha. I took advantage of the $50 new student special which includes unlimited classes for a month. I explored yin, kundalini, vinyasa, vinyasa with meditation, sound bath, restorative, gentle, and Forrest yoga. Each and every class was wonderful. Instructors are personable, kind and provide excellent cueing and support no matter what level. Other students are equally kind and supportive. Asha is a caring community that strives to live yoga both on and off the mat.

I recently began practicing at Asha Yoga and as someone who has practiced yoga all over the US and several countries I must say this studio and it's instructors are exceptional. I feel like I get a lot out of every single class and my practice has gotten much stronger and my flexibility has gotten significantly better. I love the variety of classes offered (I'm big into yoga sculpt) but also the traditional 26 and vinyasa classes here are outstanding. This studio is great for anyone who's been practicing for decades like me, or a beginner. All of the instructors I've interacted with have been incredibly kind, thoughtful and welcoming. Definitely recommend Asha Yoga and Wellness!

While the yoga teachers are amazing at this location, the business owner and her ethics are of concern. I support taking classes but do not suggest you sign up for Yoga Teacher Training here. She will take your money in thoughts that all you want is a certification instead of an authentic and educational learning experience. Had us buy over $200 dollars of books that were never discussed in the courses I was able to attend. And she often canceled or cut class short for her own desires.

There are some fantastic teachers here, a nice feature about this place is they have a consistent 5:30am class every day which allows me to have a hot yoga practice before work. Plus the price is very competitive. Would love to see more early afternoon classes and non-hot classes. Maybe more meditation classes as it looks like they tried to get some non yoga classes in the mix. Not sure what it's like at other studios but they don't exactly have a full schedule right now. I'm happy enough here that I bought a 6 month pass, woohoo!

I love Asha Yoga & Wellness! I’ve attended various classes but always find myself drifting back to the restorative and meditation classes the most. Every instructor is patient and knowledgeable to assist their students at all stages in there yoga journey. I highly recommend attending a class just to give it a try!

This studio has everything I need. The teachers are skillful and offer a variety of styles. Excellent restorative yoga classes. I especially love the sound baths. The hot yoga is fantastic too and I'm just so grateful to have it here in Gig Harbor.

This place is amazing! Best yoga classes that I’ve experienced to this day. The owners have created more than just a yoga studio but a space that invites you to surrender to yourself and the moment. You leave Asha feeling rejuvenated, energized, and of course wanting more. The infrared heaters allows your body to heat from its natural state, from the inside out. Really therapeutic! They also offer a wide spectrum of classes for every level. I would totally recommend this studio to anyone!
