Comprehensive care / detail oriented 4. Finished and refined end product- wont leave you hanging with future things to fix; everything works and works well. We just upgraded servers/computers for 8 or 9 operatories. Had some horrible experiences with past "IT" companies. He did an excellent job, I cannot imagine using anyone else in the future.
