I just finished the women’s wellness retreat in Hot Springs, AR. I went open to experience whatever I needed. OH MY GOODNESS! I’m a new person! The activities that Kendyl planned helped me heal my soul and forgive my past (AGAIN). I’d say that every person there had some healing moments. The food was very healthy and delicious! The information learned about cooking healthy food was good too. The free time gave me time alone to reflect on what I was learning or spend time with the other participants. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to everyone. We all need to heal from something in our past or inspiration to move forward with our dreams and goals. You owe it to yourself and your family to experience this for yourself. The fun, judgement-free atmosphere was nice too. I’ve never been able to open up like I did on this trip. Partly because I was able to let my guard down.

Was finally able to visit Ascend for the first-time last week, and left feeling humbled, grateful, and completely transformed. It was such a rejuvenating experience for my mind, body, and spirit. As a mental health therapist, I fully comprehend the evidence that supports meditation and mindfulness practices. However, knowing that and experiencing it through Ascend is two totally different things! I cannot recommend Kendyl and her team enough. She and Lois led an amazing experience. They have created such a beautiful, meaningful practice here in Acadiana. We are so lucky to have them. Please do yourself a favor, and check them out ASAP.

The atmosphere here is the best I've seen ANYWHERE and the intention and attention given to every detail during my yoga to breathwork experiences was very appreciated and refreshing. I feel so safe and guided by this team of facilitators and am proud to call them my family!

WOW! Where to even start! My names Mercedes and I do the community outreach for Athleta. Mr.Ben and His partner came to our store and hosted a Sound Bath that left me and all our gust feeling revived and most of all cleansed. I can’t wait to visit their studio and see what else they have in-store!

I had the best experience in Ang's yoga class this morning. I released so much built up tension and was relaxed at the end of class. The energy of the building was calm and welcoming.

Wow, how can I express my gratitude and admiration for the team at Ascend Wellness. I’m going through health issues that involve near-constant pain and discomfort. Last week, Andre helped me with an Inner Alchemy Rejuvenation session, which greatly alleviates the inflammation that my body experiences and today, Kendyl administered a brain tap treatment to me. What moved me to write this note was Kendyl palpable empathy, patience and love she put into her work and into me, her client. This is not work for the team at Ascend, it’s their passion for health and life itself. I can’t recommend Ascend Wellness enough!

Ascend Wellness offers so many beautiful experiences! I feel safe and inspired there. This is a place to help you heal,grow, and connect. I have loved all of the Yoga classes that I have attended and all of the instructors and staff have been amazing. I just finished the Yin Cert training. Delaney was awesome and it was an overall beautiful experience. I learned a lot about Yin and myself. It has absolutely helped me to deepen my practice!
