Arvilla Resort Motel - Motel in Treasure Island - 11580 Gulf Blvd, USA

The manager at the front desk Tobin was very nice and respectful. Me and my family loved staying here and had a great time. We felt very welcomed and at home with the friendly staff. Nice place to stay when me and the family were on a mini vacation. The rooms were very clean and well taken care of by the cleaning staff. We met a few friends while at hotel and they were very friendly people. Hope this place stays up and running because I would love to go back to this exact same location.

Feel like rating went down since I booked last week. 😪. Pool seemed good. Beach was amazing. Room was clean. No manager present. Arrived at 445pm. Parking is issue. Called manager number on door. Was previous manager but he was helpful even though no llonger employed here. To the owner, you git a great spot here unless your really trying to run aground be present or sell to the next developer or boutique owner.

All i can say is be warned. Payed over 800 for 4 nights. I dont know who those people are that wright good reviews about this place. It was disgusting. Cant judge it for being out dated but then everything else should be spot on. Wifi sucked, weak signal and had to re connect all the time. The shutters in front of the windows where dirty. The beds suck, pocketspring matress. Sheets had yellow stains. Theres a kitchen but its to dirty to use kitchen supplies. The couch had a dirty feel to it, the table had dirt en hairs. Fridge was dirty from the inside. So we didnt complain at first because we stalled out all our stuff since it was our last days and had te re pack. But then the last night discovered someone elses dirty underwair behind the night stand. There are laundry? machines outside with dirty sockes on them. Just layed there for 2 days. When mentioned the overall dirtyness and underwear at checkout he apologized and told me their normal cleaning lady wasnt there. Allright so that goes for the room but the dirty socks are right outside the front office. Its a big no. Pool was allright. But when you have a morning activity dont expect a free spot at the pool. Close to the beach. Spring break might be a more expensive month but this place should be VERY modest about their pricing.|

Our reservations got mixed up 1 night upstairs 1 night downstairs. Lot of work. Beds very clean was great. Upstairs bathroom was not real clean see pictures. Downstairs was nice, wish we had that room all along. Overall man at front desk in office was very helpful and nice. Older man that cleaned room for us 2nd day came and found me right away so we could move. Beach is alittle to far of a walk from room. Enjoyed our trip through.

I want to retract my last review because I thought going there the second time.It would be just as good however, why I was there.The manager got fired.The police were called children running around everywhere on attended and then they made us pay cash for a few days with no receipt and then moved us from the suite to a hole in the wall room... When We moved into the next room.It was not even cleaned.The beds were undone beer bottels everywhere.. I decided to clean the trash up by myself because anyone working.There just seems to be partying nonstop... When we asked for a receipt and did not get one We decided to leave and stay on the beach for the weekend with another hotel , please Do not bring your children here or spin your hard earned money here... Something shady is going on here.Trust me.. P s roaches everywhere.. Air conditioners are full of Mold when I took Out the filter myself to clean it.There was no filter only dirty Moulded wash cloths that they had been using to saturate the condensation... This is a health issue!! Do not pay your hard.Earn money to be treated like this...

Stayed at the Arvilla Motel early April 2024 for 8 nights. |The hotel is basic, cleanish but functional for a budget hotel directly on the beach. |Points regarding Arvilla:|* The motel is tired but functional|* whilst staying at the motel you will NOT receive maid service for the duration of your stay. If you need clean towels etc then you must take your used towels to reception to be switched.|* The rooms are old and very tired. Kitchenette units are shabby but work. For the length of time we stayed we managed.|* The pool, though stated heated, was colder than the gulf.|* Limited seating round pool and motel.|* Though laundry services available ($1.50) the area needed a clean.|* Location is great|* Adequate car parking on site|* Use of beach chairs at Motel for beach.||Stated on website towels for pool - this didn’t seem to be the case.||Having stayed at the motel and looked around whilst there we would have been able to probably get an updated accommodation of the inter-coastal side for the same/if not cheaper and more updated and better furnished. However if nothing else would be available we would stop at the Arvilla again, though the lack of maid service once in a while makes your holiday especially when we as a family saved up to travel from the UK to USA. Additionally nothing mentioned regarding no maid service on website only until check in at reception on arrival.

The place is alittle dated, but we knew that by the pictures before we came here. The lady upfront was wonderful. Full kitchen was great as we have a big family and wanted to cook some while here. Pool was warm and clean. Great location. They are about to do renovations, so were excited to visit again when were in town. The price was the cheapest you can get on the beach that we found. Had a blast!

Positive: Location,eazy booking Negative: Never was able to speak to anyone from hotel the two days we were there I never saw anyone from hotel no direction on what to do on chech out . TV was leaned so far forward to where you could not view it I needed to rebolt the bracket to the wall. Negative: ""
