Artisan's Restaurant & Brewery - Restaurant in Toms River - 1171 Hooper Ave, USA

I hadn’t been to Artisan’s for a few months and they really updated the interior to a more modern and pleasant ambiance which was a nice surprise. The crispy goat cheese salad was fantastic, as usual. 1/2 price cocktails on Monday was also a delightful surprise. Debbie was great from the moment we sat down until it was time to leave. She was friendly, kind, so easy to talk to and made us feel warm and welcomed for dinner. My only critique would be to please choose a different candle scent, as the current cinnamon candle at the hostess stand is so strong, it reminded me of a craft store’s potpourri. Of course we’ll be back soon!

We LOVE Artisans! We have been going for years now and they consistently provide excellent food, service and it is always clean. The owner takes pride in the restaurant and you can tell the minute you walk in. I love every menu and the specials they have and there is food for every palate that range from a simple meal to fancier dishes. The chef and kitchen implement and execute these dishes to perfection. The staff are the friendliest we’ve encountered and genuinely care PLUS they are knowledgeable of the menus. You can celebrate almost any event there. Their wine list and specials are never disappointing. Honestly I have to say there isn’t anything negative to review here. They know what they are doing! I wish I had more pics of our last dining experience there but only got one of mine. This is one of my favorites! The salmon with baby lentils, rainbow carrots and zucchini.

We had our work luncheon here. They provided a nice backroom for our function. Food was 3.5, not remarkable; prices for drinks were high for the area (15.99 martini) , only had 4 beers on tap which surprised me being a brewery. Holiday tap and dark beers were completely out

The martinis at Artisans are amazing. And the bartender Thomas and Brandon are very experienced. They make them just the way you want them. I eat at the bar if you’re comfortable with that. It’s a very lively crowd, and the bartenders are very attentive. it is Oktoberfest now, I had the wurst platter. Everything was delicious.

Debbie was our server and she is one of the sweetest gals and so accommodating. She is an asset this restaurant. The food is amazing I been here many many time and everything I have ever ordered was phenomenal. Me and my husband’s favorite dish was the chicken cordon blue that we had on New Year’s Eve. Hope to be able to get that again. All staff are all exceptionally kind. Great restaurant and def one of my favorites!! Janet and Michael

I went here for the first time last night and was very satisfied! The inside is beautiful. The food is amazing. The little tucked away booth by the brew kettles is the best seat in the house. However, what really added to an amazing experience was our waitress, Debbie! She was beyond amazing! She had no issue reseating us to the cute little booth so we could be more secluded. She was attentive and was so pleasant. She is very personable and chatted with us like we were her friends. She always had a smile on her face and fulfilled our every need and request. She is definitely a top notch employee, she's a keeper! Anytime I decide to go back I hope she is working and will request her every time.

Artisans is a very comfortable place for fine dining and gathering with friends and family. We love the vegan and vegetarian oprions. Service is allways friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed a great dinner! Drinks were delicious and food was very good. Wasn’t expecting anything amazing but was pleasantly surprised by the service and food. Will definitely be coming back again. Shout out to our server Evan Z. Who was spot on the entire meal!!!
