Artisan Crossing - Apartment complex in Norman - 1303 W Tecumseh Rd, USA

Me and my family have lived here since they opened, a little over two years ago. We love living here! The management team is nice and helpful and the maintenance team is really fast about coming to fix issues. The amenities are great! The dog parks are now turf which has been a wonderful upgrade to our community!

Such an amazing place to live! So wonderful that I extended my lease to stay longer! I have loved living here and being able to use the amenities, and so does my pup! She loves all the friends she has made here! The office is always available to help, and maintenance is extremely fast. This place is our home!

Me and my wife just recently moved-in about a few weeks ago and this complex, community, and staff have been MORE than exceptional. Rocky was absolutely extraordinary in answering all of our questions concerning the application process and made sure that he tried his best to get us the unit that we were hoping for. I also want to mention how phenomenal our maintenance guys have been as well. Rick for example took care of our AC unit when it started having trouble with the temperatures on the rise, and he even took the time to properly educate us on why it was having trouble and some valuable tips on how to cool our apartment down as well. Besides just this one example the maintenance team is always quick to respond and always typically goes above and beyond when an issue arises.

Love the pool, grill accessibility, personal garage, maintenance is wonderful. Neighbors are kind and respectful in my experience. The only negative is that some of the finishings seemed rushed, they are super minor issues and things that you would expect from a brand new build.

Great place to live! The apartments are spacious and well designed. The staff members are super nice and helpful if you ever run into issues with the apartment. Great amenities as well.

I would highly recommend this apartment complex! It is beautiful and well maintained, the pool is amazing, and so are the dog parks (one for small dogs, one for large dogs). Maintenance is quick and friendly- they scheduled an air filter swap and changed my water filter while here without me even having to ask! I haven’t met a bad employee. The residents are great, too! It’s a very friendly community with lots of young residents. Your comfort and quality of living are well worth your money so the rent is very worth it in my opinion.

This is honestly one of the best apartments I have lived at, ever. The apartment is brand new with a really functional large layout with good sound-proofing. The amenities are beyond fantastic: the gym, the pool, the community room, all hitting well above the price point of this complex. The location is perfect! Ten minutes to OU and 18 minutes to downtown OKC, with easy I-35 access, it is perfectly situated in the middle of everything, but quiet and away from it all. It is a lovely complex with quiet tenants, attentive staff, and truly the best management I have had in my decade of renting. I would highly recommend Artisan Crossing to anyone looking for a luxury, affordable, and enjoyable living experience in North Norman.
