Our stay at the Artezen was truly fantastic (and we've stayed at many different hotels around the city). From the moment you enter the hotel, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism. We didn't encounter a single member of the hotel staff that wasn't friendly. The lobby is clean, elegant and it smelled great, too. The hotel itself is well situated (for being near Wall Street) and close to public transit. The rooms (we stayed in two different ones, after a last-minute cancelled flight) are larger than what you'd typically expect in New York, well-appointed, and modern. The only things I'd recommend to management (which doesn't warrant docking a star, but is worth noting): 1. There is nowhere to hang a coat. There's wall space aplenty, so I'd recommend installing coat hangers; and 2. The shower head doesn't move, so one needs to stand directly below it or use the handheld. A new, movable shower head would be welcomed by many, I'm sure. That's it. An otherwise exceptional stay, and I'd gladly choose Artezen again on our next visit to the city.
I have been to NYC many times and never stayed in the Financial District before, so was a bit skeptical about this area of the city as I didn't know how much would be around. I tacked a weekend on for pleasure and ended up really enjoying the location. You are literally a 30 second walk to Fulton subway stop and a 4 minute walk to the WTC which connects you pretty much anywhere you want to go in the city underground, so ended up being conveniently located. ||The hotel itself was lovely. The room sizes (we stayed in a deluxe King) were good by NYC standards. The linens were nice and the bathrooms were also nicely sized. The room ended up being very comfortable for multiple nights. My only one recommendation would be to add a coat hook or two on the wall. I was here in cold and bad weather and it would've been nice to have somewhere to hang my coat over than throwing it over the chair.||The staff were super friendly and could not do enough for me, holding doors open and elevators at any chance. The front desk staff were wonderful and professional.||I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. If I have to return for work again, I will absolutely stay here.||Thank you for the great stay.
It was a lovely hotel. We were on one of the top floors and the lift was not working for a couple of days so that was a bit frustrating. The hotel is very close to various metro stations, WWC memorial and museum, lots of shops cafes and bars around. Staff is polite, you can borrow an umbrella on a rainy day, they can keep your luggage safe if you want to store it for the day. The room service is great and rooms overall are of very high standard. There is now a rooftop bar upstairs which is cool as well.
This was my second time staying at the Artezen Hotel and it continues to impress. ||This hotel is centrally located near the Fulton subway station, and walking distance to One World Trade Center, The Oculus, and Brookfield Place. (all must see) ||Customer service was excellent, the rooms were clean, and beds were very comfortable. ||They also recently opened Hide Rooftop, an enclosed rooftop, on its top two floors. The food, music and drinks were great and there are amazing views!||Will definitely come back again.
This is a great hotel and very convenient to the Fulton subway station. In walking distance to 9/11 memorial. Nice to have some good restaurants on the same street or within blocks. We came over New Year’s and didn’t want to be anywhere near midtown. I loved staying at the Artezen in FID. I’d now choose it anytime. I like that it’s a smaller hotel but the rooms aren’t tiny. We had a room with a balcony and while we didn’t use it much because the cold weather, it was really comfortable. Let’s talk about the bed. Wow. So good and comfortable. A real treat after all the walking in the city. The sheets, comforter, etc were so soft. My husband is really wanting one of the pillows. We found out they’re from Down, Etc. but not sure if the ones at the hotel are down, feather, etc. and the firmness. If anyone at the hotel knows all the specifics, please let me know! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Always available to answer questions, help with airport transportation and take our picture on our anniversary! I highly recommend the Artezen.
The hotel was extremely nice and clean! And smells wonderful! It is located in walking distance for all the touring of NYC (9/11 memorial, Ellis Island, Statue of Liberty). The staff were extremely helpful and nice. It was also really quiet for being in the city. I also recommend the rooftop bar located on the 20th floor of the hotel, best drinks we have ever had!
This was our fourth stay in the last three years. The rooms are small but very well appointed, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable. The hotel is quiet, safe, and right across the street from the Fulton Street subway station, with trains that go almost anywhere. The new hotel bar is really nice too.
The lobby staff was warm and inviting! The rooftop bar staff were fabulous and fun! The drinks and food were great! The rooms were clean and well appointed! The only thing I would change is the shower head. Huge shower but rain head makes you use only one-third of shower. Would stay here every time!
I love this hotel brand and have stayed here 3 times. Room 504 is a giant corner room and my favorite so far. I've also stayed in 1103 which is a smaller room (studio) but still just as comfy! 801 was my most recent stay and while not my favorite one
Since the beautiful Lounge at the Wall Street Hotel opened, I have counted myself among the regulars enjoying this glamorous and inviting space. The wait staff and bartenders are without fail helpful and genial. In particular one server, Tina, has ma

Great class. All the coaches organize classes to push you but allow you to workout to your level. The workout space is not overcrowded and the environment makes you forget youâre actually running!

Out of all of the Georgian restaurants Iâve been to in Brooklyn and Manhattan, Mealz is the one that exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, not to mention the service was amazing. Overall, the environment was very comforting and friendly

Great, fantastic experience. My girlfriend and I came here for the first time during a trip to NYC and it's so great. The location at night in the winter at night was a bit unfamiliar but it's on a main street and near a subway entrance so that's a t
Tickets were crazy affordable, especially in NYC terms. I went with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. It was wayyy cheaper than going to the movies. They had an amazing line-up and the retro 80s vibes were intimate and chill. Plus the come
One of the best bibimbaps Iâve ever had! Cozy space so there is not a lot of seating, but would get it as take-out if needed. Will definitely go back!
Eko is the best property manager Iâve ever met. He is very reactive and provide service as soon as possible. My 4 months tour in NYC is indispensable without his help.
