Artessa Apartments - Apartment rental agency in Peoria - 7100 W Grandview Rd, USA

Management is very disrespectful, they made us park far away from our parking spot because we asked for a closer spot. Then they put a tow away sticker on our vehicle for parking in a parking spot they said was ours. They changed our parking like 3 times in retaliation for asking for maintenance and calling them out for having my vehicle towed illegally and without warning. Not even a courtesy call, since the office staff had been giving us a hard time. We pay our rent on time every month and don’t bother anyone yet they retaliate against us for maintenance request. Who do you reach out to when you have an issue with the office staff? I reached out to Tim who is allegedly the manager and he refused to meet with me or hear me out. Never got a call from Tim with no resolve. He hides in his office. These people are so petty and disrespectful. I will be terminating my lease once it’s up in 4 months and I would never recommend anyone move here. Take your hard earned money somewhere else where it’s valued and appreciated!!!

**12/29/2023** AVOID, they change their rules whenever they feel like it and don't honor a single thing. First it was 30 days notice to vacate, now it's 60 days. Avoid this complex like the plague. Cheap appliances that break frequently and when you put in a work order to get completed, it will take at least 1-2 weeks to even be looked at, and then another week or two to be fixed, that's if they fix it right. In the year that I was at this complex, they never filled the propane for the grills that we are supposed to use to grill outside. ONE trash can for an entire complex is just stupid, and people are already so damn lazy anyway they just throw their trash in the entry way and walk away. Clean your complex, it looks like trash. Communication doesn't exist at this complex with management. They will do things that effect the community, and only some people will get the notification. Shady management company will try to charge you an extra month's rent when you leave at the beginning of the month and the stupid charges for pest control and other junk that you see no result of.

The touring experience was phenomenal, Dejah went above to help us with finding the right place as well as emailing, respectively on time, to help with completing the application process! Excited to live in a great area as Artessa!

This is a lovely place with friendly and professional staff. I just read a comment about there being only one dumpster and there being trash bags outside apartments. That is true, because there is a service that picks up trash from each unit's doorstep 5 days a week, so there is no need to take garbage to the dumpster. Depending on the time you visit you might see trash on doorsteps for that reason.

We are interested in a new apartment when our lease ends in a few months and had a bunch of questions for them to answer. Things like pricing, deposit, utilities, etc. Mind you, we had spoken to around 10 or so other apartments and they answered these questions with ease. But Artessa got tripped up when I had asked to confirm there would be no issue with a 3rd ESA and we have the documents/prescription for it. They at first were unsure and then doubled down on how it would break Arizona's occupancy laws. I explained to them about Fair Housing Laws and they countered that they would have to ask their legal counsel. They never got back to me and its been nearly a month. I checked in numerous times because I wanted to tour and they gave me excuses each time. They clearly had no interest in educating themselves and to me, that's fine because I would not want to live in an apartment ran by management who are that uneducated. All other 10 or so apartments I spoke with immediately understood fair housing laws and how emotional support animals and service animals worked vs occupancy but Artessa didn't.

Courtney Hart was one of the best managers I ever had. I heard she got promoted up in the company. That is great because she deserved it! When I lived here it was Alliance then it became Greystar under Courtney. I am unsure what management company is here. But the property was okay I would say, and the towns amenities was as close as you could get.

Brooklyn has been extremely helpful with all of our questions, there have been a lot, and when we forgot to sign up for receiving a code for the packages she helped us out with that too which was awesome.

We recently got approved to join the Artessa Community! The experience with the leasing office has been a pleasant experience. Brooklyn, Chris & Dajha are friendly and professional. The leasing staff were all very helpful through the application process. My family & I look forward to residing here!
