Arrowhead Motel Gillette - Motel in Gillette - 202 S Emerson Ave, USA

If you care more about good service than a remodeled room, this is your place. The room was clean and big enough for a bouncing 3 year old. Bonnie is well organized and cares about this Motel. She added extra towels for our family, which helped this tired mom after a long day of driving. She is the reason we'll be back! Great Service! Great room! Great price! Very happy with my experience. 10 stars! Thank you for having a quality Manager on-site!

Stayed for one night while passing through town. |||| The property when pulling up seems very uninviting but the lady manager at the front desk was so inviting and friendly that my worries started to wash away.|||| The room was simple but it definitely had all you could need... tv, fridge, microwave and a desk. Bed was comfortable, same for lounge chair as well. The bathroom was dated but it was clean and got the job done.|||| For $39, it was priced right and well worth it's value. Plus our pet was free, no charge !

Travelling with my 2 dogs. Made a reservation on the phone, indicating I'd be in around 9-10 at night. I didn't make it until right at 10 that evening. The same person remembered me, was concerned that I wasn't going to make it! ||||Nice little place. yes, it's dated. Yes, it's not the Hilton, but then again, it doesn't cost that much either. I've stayed in much better for more money. I felt it to be clean, comfy and cozy. Big room. Bed wasn't my home mattress, but very serviceable I felt. No charge for the dogs to stay with me. If I"m through again I would stay again with no hesitation.

Had mild expectations due to the low price, was beyond pleasantly surprised! Inside the room, only sign of age is air conditioner, but it works fine! Flat screen TV, pretty fast wifi, room is extremely well-maintained (has clearly been refurbished) and very clean.||||Desk clerk was quite friendly and professional.||||No continental breakfast, but at its price, you'll be able to afford breakfast at one of Gillette's many dining establishments.

For the price, you can't ask for a better place to spend the night. The lady who stays on-site and takes care of things is lovely, and the rooms are very dated but clean and comfortable. The parking is a bit cramped, especially for our large pick-up truck, but we were able to get in and out easily enough and park directly outside our room. No free breakfast or coffee pot in the room, and it took awhile for the bathroom to warm up but the water was steaming hot and the shower was clean.

This was the worst motel experience of my life (and no, I am not just being dramatic). I had to wait for several minutes at the Check-In counter before receiving service. Then, when we went into the room, there were several problems. The room was very dirty. The toilet was clogged. The air conditioner didn't work. The towels had hair on them. I am not a picky person, and almost always stay at the cheapest location that I can find, but I happily went to one of the other hotels in Gillette and paid twice as much. I can't say enough about how bad our experience at the Arrowhead Motel was.

I've been here for a little over 2 months and I have found the staff pleasant, and very helpful. The rooms are sort of cramped but manageble. I've read most of the reviews and get disguised in how some ppl feel the need to comment in such disgust, yet wanted a cheap place to stay and if they were not satified. Why bother staying? In my opinion, its a decent motel. I have very much enjoyed staying here, and find the management to be wonderful people. The are always helpful, polite, and always making sure my family and I have what we need.

The wife and I stayed here one night on a cross country motorcycle trip. The room was clean and it did what it was supposed to do. It kept us dry and warm. No issues with the room. They had free wifi. There wasn't a continental breakfast, but the did provide free coffee to guests.
