What can I say that hasn't already been said? This place is great! The leasing consultants (Amber, Denise, and Erika) are the absolute best! They are very professional, helpful, and kind! I have enjoyed interacting with them since moving in. The apartments are nice too and the properly is well maintained. With the staff, price, and location, I could not ask for a better apartment. I highly recommend Arrive Crofton to anyone seeking a new place to call home.

Excellent Customer Service! Denise was really nice and super helpful! She showed me a 1 bedroom auburn loft with a wood burning fireplace and vaulted ceilings. It was the perfect size and looked brand new! There was no shortage of free parking as well. Denise was also knowledgeable of local schools and social venues. It was very nice to experience excellent customer service. It is very rare these days. Denise was a pleasant surprise! I will definitely be recommending Arrive Crofton to our networks!

I have lived at Arrive Apartments for about a year and four months. So far the experience has been very good. The apartments are up to date, a lot of them remodeled. I have worked closely with Janice and Erika at the leasing office. They are both very nice, always respond promptly, and help out the best they can. They will work with you to go over all your options and help you meet your needs. The maintenance team is great too. I’ve only had a couple problems since living here, but they also have responded promptly and worked diligently to fix the problems. Edwin helps gets things completed in quick and proper manor. I’d recommend living here to anyone.

Might sound unique, but it was actually a fun visit with the sales representative! It was a very welcoming, warm environment —just in the leasing office! The agent/sales rep was knowledgeable and patient. Makes you want to live at Arrive just because of the positive experience.

Erika was incredible! I highly recommend renting at Arrive, everyone I have met (Denise, Amber & Erika) have all been very helpful & incredibly knowledgeable! I truly appreciate all they have done to help me get my apartment!

During my time as a tenant at Arrive Crofton Apartment Complex, it has been a wonderful experience. I am honored to share my thoughts on behalf of Denise Bailey and Amber Petty. These young ladies are always cordial, polite professional and attentive to my needs, as well as the needs of all tenants. I have witnessed both representatives interact and converse with many tenants. Some encounters were quite positive and others were so-so, due to the actions of a tenant. However, these ladies kept their composures and focused on the issue at hand, not the person. They truly are assets to the Arrive team and should receive recognition for their dedication to detail and excellent work ethics.

I left the property due to a new job and relocation, or else I would have stayed. The property offers great customer service, it's a beautiful area. Edwin Ferrufino pays attention to details and made sure my apartment was always in great shape. You can tell the property works very hard to make sure tenants are happy and satisfied.
