Found my resume online and contacted me initially for a job I would've most likely never found. Scheduled the interview, called me the day before the interview, answered any questions I had, provided a ton of advice about the company and various things to expect in the interview. Called me as soon as the interview was over to see how things went. Even if I hadn't got the job, I was still massively impressed and thankful for the time invested into my personal case.
