Definitely definitely recommended. After a tiring day of exploring Burlington we were looking for some very good and hearty Indian food and we landed here (dine-in). We went for their Papri Chat, Samosa, Indian Masala Chai and Potato Paneer Parantha. Loved all of them, especially the Samosa. The food was very delicious, fresh and homely. Also loved the interiors. The owners, Yogi ji and Sarita ji - very friendly people and it was good to chat with them about the place, Burlington city and about themselves. While us being Indian origin might have helped, but I also saw them interacting with other customers pretty much the same way so I am sure it didn't play a major role. Plenty of parking outside since it is a shared parking with other businesses in the plaza and it is free. Definitely recommended and I wish them all the success in the business.

Great Vegetarian Indian place for lunch or dinner. The owners and staff are very nice and friendly, and their chats have added a lot to our dining experience. Especially love the carrot halwa, mango lassi, Dal Tadka, and their paneer is top-notch. They use actual ghee in several dishes we tried!

Simply wow! I’ve loved every dish I’ve tried here, each so flavorful and unique. Everything comes out hot, the naan is so fresh and fluffy! The family is kind and inviting, this is a warm atmosphere to enjoy their delicious food. There are plenty of options from the usual tikka masala to more traditional dishes seen less frequently at Indian restaurants in the US. All are vegetarian. You can really taste the love and attention to detail in flavor. Hooked after my first visit, craving the samosa chaat all the time…

This place is INSANELY GOOD, there's not a dish that my wife and I have had where we haven't exchanged deep MMMM's of approval while staying silent and just tasting each complex flavor and love that's put into every single dish. To top it all off, the whole family is incredibly genuinely kind, the wife who does the cooking has a true passion and love for what she does and you can see the excitement and passion for what she does. I originally met the husband while grocery shopping and he just pours out kindness and hospitality as well as his son that can be found inside the restaurant at times. I can't wait to support this restaurant and add it to my regular circle of restaurants I visit. Both the food and the family deserve the utmost respect and love from the community.

Amazing service the food is outstanding. I’m actually on my 2nd cup of hot Indian chai tea and it’s just amazing. The owner and his staff are so friendly, amazingly, and I will definitely coming back! The food is super yummy, along with their mango lassis. Everything came out hot, fresh and super flavorful. You can also customize your spice level to your liking. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very inviting. Nice decorations and friendly waitstaff. The service was efficient. We came in, then were seated and brought waters right away. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Small restaurant with only 10 tables. Busy on a random week night. Vegetarian and vegan dishes only. I ended up ordering more food than I could possibly eat… bread pakora as an appetizer and dal tadka as the main course, plus an order of garlic naan. Everything fresh, made to order with the level of spice that I requested. Great job Sarita!

Growing up in India, i was spoiled with eating delicious authentic food and i missed such food when i moved to the states, especially to Vermont, 10 years ago. Then i stumbled upon Sarita's kitchen(Now AOI) and my search for delicious authentic indian food ended right there. Sarita takes pride in her cooking and serving delicious meals to her customers is her passion. AOI staff is super friendly, offers excellent customer service and their serving portions are generous for the price. Their space is clean and renovated, it breaths new life and is filled with inviting energy. I cant wait to go for their dine-in experience when they are fully open at the end of July.
