There was a guy at the front desk who is extremely rude. I spent a few nights here and when I left I saw there was no refund for my deposit. I called the following day to ask about the deposit, the front desk guy said. “It takes 48 hours- 2 weeks depending on YOUR bank.” He kept repeating that As I tried to explain that my bank told me it was not pending, only the deposit charge was pending, he just kept over talking me (rudely), repeating that. So two days later when I went back to the hotel, to ask him to give proof of the refund, he took 20 minutes, then said “ I JUST refunded it” so I mentioned how rude he was and adamant on the phone with me giving me incorrect information about my deposit. After which he began to check me in. He sent me in a room way far down the hall, with no air conditioning . I thought this was done on purpose, because he took another 20 minutes to find the room. I’ve done front desk at a hotel, I know it takes less than 2 minutes to see what rooms are available. After I went all the way down the hall , past several vacant standard/double rooms, to the room where I discovered there was no air conditioning. I went back to ask for another room. I requested the same room I previously stayed in, which I knew was vacant. He told me it had been reserved. This is at 8:40pm. I began explaining I knew the front desk process and I knew he seemed to take longer finding my room, and I felt he put me in the room with no air conditioning on purpose, to now tell me the room that requested was reserved at almost 9pm. As I am writing this review it is almost 9:45 and no one has checked into the room as of yet. He also sent me FURTHER down the hall. I will be contacting cooperate as this is truly unacceptable. Also would not have complained but I paid $67 for the Room and all I can say is, you get what you ask for. Funny thing is no one would known how filthy this hotel is from me if the guy at the front desk was not so extremely rude. I guess he helped out lol. DON’T DO IT!!

Stayed over the weekend and the service was by far the worst I’ve ever experience. Let’s first start with, The front desk agents. Their attitude and inability to compromise their mess ups was ridiculous. The elevator went down and their solution was to move my family from the second floor, to the third floor. Common sense says, we have 300 rooms, with maybe 12 guests if that. Why not move us to the first floor, considering my wife is handicapped and has troubles with stairs?!? Bunch of clowns and Absolute morons. Secondly, the room keys failed to let us in the facility not once, not twice, but three times. Such a joke. Not one soda machine in the facility worked. The room I originally booked, showed a couch, with a full kitchen, dinning table w/ chairs. When we walked in the room, we had nothing of what they advertised. Their excuse was they changed their room arrangements 6months ago! That seems a little like false advertising since I purchased back in May. Their solution to the whole situation was a 15% refund. WHACK!! Ohh, we didn’t get shower towels, we were given face rags, represented as a towel. Never seen such a small shower towel????? Taking a shower was quit the time, felt like you were in a haunted house with how the light would just flicker. Hope you don’t have epilepsy. The last thing I will say is that they advertised a full restaurant and a gym. Can you imagine what was wrong with them? You guessed it right, they weren’t operational. The only thing that seemed decent and clean was the pool. I guess the light at the end of our tunnel was very small.

For my recent trip to New York I booked this trip for me and my husband as it would be near the wedding venue we were attending. It looked decent from the pictures on the website and it was supposed to be apart of Crown Plaza hotels, but I was so wrong. I learned from the desk clerk that it was no longer apart of Crown Plaza hotels and they had new owners that apparently didn't care about the up keep of the property. If you don't care about clean bathrooms, working heat or air, or a working elevator then by all means stay here. If you do care about these things, please avoid at all cost. The desk clerk did try to accommodate us by putting us in different rooms, but the rooms were no better than the other. Forget about housekeeping!! My suggestion is pay a little more money for a reputable hotel. The picture I've attached was taken upon entering the hotel.

I went here with a partner instead of us driving home late after a date night. It was a decent place to stay for a short period of time. The room was pretty small. The television it's not a smart TV so you will have to use whatever channels are given to you and it doesn't have a display that let you know what you are watching so that was the best. I did like that there were nice big mirrors in which you could see yourself and check out your oufit. The ice machine on the second floor was not working so we had to go downstairs to get ice. The pool I guess it was being renovated so that was not available. Thankfully we were only staying one night so it didn't really bother us much but it would be nice to get what supposed to be included. There was not really any of you or anything like that other than the view of the parking lot from my room that I was in and I could hear a railroad or I should say a train a few times but it didn't bother me too much once I was actually asleep. In the morning the birds were definitely chirping a lot. They do have blackouts drapes or curtains. The chair looked terrible it looked like it needed to be remade like the leather was just rubbing away. The bed was okay it wasn't the most comfortable in the world but I didn't have any back problems so I guess that's a win. There was also a mini fridge in the room but unfortunately I don't think there was any microwave I didn't need one but it's just good to know that it's there for me. Especially if you want to heat up some left overs.I definitely did not like the fact that we had to ask for towels because they only had one set and on top of that they didn't give any washcloths which I thought was a little odd.

UPDATE TO REVIEW: I stayed here about 6 weeks ago. Came back and it was hell. People were slamming doors even late at nights; people in the hallway would not control noisy kids; loud talking, including what seems to be disagreements. When I told the person at the front desk her response was "I understand." I'm thinking this is being used as a shelter for illegal immigrants, but I may be wrong. Added to that, the bed had 2 thin sheets and no blanket and there was what seems to be milk shake spilled on the shelves of the refrigerator. The vibe changed from a few weeks ago. ORIGINAL REVIEW: You can see that this hotel has been around for a while and was somewhat grand at one time. With that said it is clean and very quiet. The inside looks better than the outside does. When I first arrived I drove around the property to see what it looked like and there to the side were 2 men (don't know if they were guests) cutting up weed. Nevertheless I went inside (I had already paid) and felt safe. My only complaint is that staff does not pick up the reception phone. If you have a question be prepared to walk down to the reception area. Elevator does not work for those with walking issues. Would definitely stay here again though.

Positive: Great locaton as the area is surrounded by greenery and beautiful spots Negative: Cleanliness was an issue. The cleaning people didn't do a good job of cleaning the place. The area around the tub and sink was not cleaned and had dirt accumulated for months. The back door is always open. Old carpet with rags evident from the mattress
