Pretty cool experience for 1 night. An older hotel with fun facts and awesome past guests. You feel like you stepped back in time when your grandparents were living their best life. Rooms were being remodeled but were clean. They have wear and tear. The entire place is under construction. ETA in completion was unknown, when we asked. On-site Bath house is amazing. It's also a very old feel but relaxing. Location is perfect. Parking is expensive. So if you don't wanna pay for valet. We now know you can unload and park at free parking lot down the street and then just take a nice stroll down to the hotel. Restaurant on site, along with a little cute Cafe that offers Starbucks. 2 pools and a hot tub. Live music on the weekends

It's a step back in time. The Arlington was so beautiful and historic. We travel frequently and miss the ambience of historic places once buildings are modernized. Yes there are updates needed but that is beside the point. The staff was great, the live music was awesome. Great food and best location for walking and hiking. Also priced competitively. Will stay again.

We stayed here for two nights. We decided this place would be a nice experience while staying in this historic area. Location was perfect. Our room was good. I did notice if we used the shower it left the carpet in front of bathroom wet. Bathroom was super small. I really wish they had blackout curtains. They had shear curtains and the sun was so bright in the mornings from our room. One big positive in room was the AC, it worked great!! The bed was kinda hard but we actually slept pretty well on it. The live music in lobby was very loud so once that started up we would find somewhere else to hand out. Their drinks were amazing at the bar though. I would stay again.

One word WOW! The place is beautiful and elegant, its an obviously older place but its historic! Its right in the the middle of the shopping strip but also has its own woods in the back. We had an amazing time not realizing that our holiday weekend would consist of live bands at night in which you cant hear in the rooms. And pools that stayed open late! The staff was very welcoming!! Would definitely recommend for good vibes!

While it's an old hotel & being restored, this hotel has so much charm if you love history & don't mind an older place. The rooms are all the same temperature. The room we got upon arrival had no hot water in the sink & the shower didn't work. Called down, they sent maintenance up to look at. After they came & went several times, caked back down & asked for a new room. She said absolutely, come on down. Went down & she came over & said I upgraded you to a suite. Great customer service & the service you don't have to request & takes care of their customers. They have spa bath services on the 3rd fl, pool on 7 & 8 fl. Coffee & gift shop, expensive all you can eat buffets & a small underground mall. Overall stay was good, beds were comfortable & were full size. This staff & clean.

Beautiful and historic hotel! We made a last minute reservation and arrived in the late evening and they were able to accommodate thankfully. We parked on the street, as it’s free in the evenings until 8am. Rooms were clean and the bed was perfect after a long day of driving. Pool and hot tub were SO nice to soak in, and close at 11pm. We did not, but I recommend visiting Superior Brewing. It’s the only brewery in a National Park AND brewed with that natural spring water! They do have a military rate.

Right in the heart of downtown Hot Springs, this is a great hotel with a lot of history. The have live bands playing in the lobby every weekend, awesome room service, and extremely friendly staff. If you need anything, ask for Tara at the front desk. She is a lifesaver. We were supposed to have a room with a queen bed, because or daughter was with us. When we called and explained the problem and within 30 minutes, we had a comfortable fold out bed brought to our room. Our baby girl was so happy to have her own special bed. Thanks Tara, and everyone else who helped to make mine and my family's stay at the Arlington a memorable one!

Five stars for the staff. Edgar gets five stars for his great customer service and guest specialist service, he’s exactly what hotels need to thrive. We loved our stay so much that we ended up coming back and booking a room a week later because the service was great, the room was clean, the pool was clean, the location is great and for a breakfast and night for 150 you can’t beat that for this historic hotel experience. Love that you can have an account and book a room again and again. The restaurant service and food is excellent. Keep up the great restoration work! The more service they get the more updates they can make. Continue to support this hotel, they really really care about their guests and the Arlington will make staying the utmost accommodating experience possible for you. If you haven’t stayed, stay!

Absolutely breathtaking. Visiting Anthony Chapel was one of my bucket list items and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to experience it in person. There are no public restrooms unless you pay admission to enter the gardens.

Originally, we were supposed to go to another steakhouse but we found out last minute that they were permanently closed. So we were told to try The Vault. Let me just say that I am SO GLAD the other place was closed because this place was FANTASTIC.
