A lovely bed and breakfast! The master bed room had incredible views of the ocean. The traditional Chinese breakfast was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend staying here!

Arky's is a very unique B&B. It's well kept and very clean. My stay here was very, very relaxing. Huge room with a super comfortable bed. Great hospitability from the hosts, Richard and Anna. The breakfast was amazing!

Imagine indulging in a lavish safari-style experience, but with the coastal charm. The accommodations boast exquisite rooms and a gourmet breakfast, all while offering unparalleled wildlife sightings. We encountered more wildlife here than during our entire week-long road trip. A mere few steps take you to the shoreline where the river converges with the ocean, creating a haven for fish. Countless river otters and agile sea lions engage in their fish chase, occasionally making their way onto the beach. Just across the sandy stretch, a vibrant community of sea lions, pelicans, and cormorants thrives. A week could effortlessly slip away as you immerse yourself in the captivating world of wildlife and sunsets. This place is a true gem for those seeking a serene escape paired with remarkable animal encounters.

Spotless to the point of obsessiveness, great views of the beach, which is not accessible from the B&B, a comfortable king-size bed, and a very dated but fully equipped kitchen, but the authentic Chinese breakfast is only for those who are heavily into sesame seeds. Some confusion during check-in due to language issues. Limited dining choices nearby. I would never bring children here. It's located in a "wide spot on the road," seven miles south of the Oregon border. On the plus side, the TV service was good, and it was very quiet.

Amazing stay for my wife and I! We stayed in the master room with a view of the ocean. The whole place was so relaxing/calm and luxurious. We felt very welcomed by the hosts who are incredibly kind! The breakfast was delicious and with a great view of the river/ocean as we ate was a great way to start the day! Can't recommend this place enough for a quiet peaceful vacation. We'll definitely be back!

A gem along the California Pacific coast, Arky’s BnB. A homemade Chinese breakfast with the best dumplings ever and more, plants that look like aliens, little sea lion heads bopping up and down in the shallow water, a putting green, the sweetest owners - nothing fancy, quiet, like staying in your great aunt’s old bay house. ||Bonus: My grandmother used to “tat” as well. Wow.Great B&B,ocean view with lots of seals,in the B&B is a pool billard,table tennis,bar and even a bowling alley! We sat on the terrasse till sundown,enjoying the sound of the Pacific.The chinese breakfast was a delicious new experience.The hosts Richard and Ana were very helpful and friendly.If you are on a westcoast roadtrip you should stay here.
