The motel owners are so awesome and polite! The place is clean and spacious. Also the whole court is nice and quiet. If you stay here you can use the laundry for free!! Also there is free WiFi
I have lived here for 3 years and the owner Mrs. Paula has been nothing but fair and kind a lovely young business owner and loving wife and mother to her children. Constantly see her and her husband working on the property fixing and maintaining there business. And if you need anything she or her husband responds promptly. This negative review is nonsense these people are kind yet fair. Love them.
I have been at the Tower Motel for over 4 years and it is quiet and a well-kept property. , It is a place for couples without kids (because there is no place for them to play) and single adults. The manager takes care of any issues quickly and cautious of who they let stay here , and when I first moved here I met a resident that has been here for 9 years . :-)
Very nice people I love it here no one bothers you and if something breaks the owners fix it right away
WORST PLACE I'VE EVER STAYED! owner's wife hates children other than her own. She blamed my family for things other tenants admitted to doing. Paula the owner is really crazy and I would never recommend staying there because of her and how trashy she is to others. Instead of fixing issues, she'll blame others and kick you out instead of fixing problems. I even found black mold ALL over my Door and all over the wall beside the door. Will NOT fix issues in apartment and will rent out unfit rooms! Owner's wife is a selfish terrible person!
I was getting ready to retire from Reynolds so I sold my house in HotSprings,stayed here a year. Everyone was like family, even the owners 💞 So quiet and peaceful 😊 Hated to leave 😢 But my home is N.C. (Titu/Paula ❤you guys)...
The owner\live on sight manager is a real fruit loop. He thinks he has to be in everyone's business 24/7.

We had a perfect stay! Stayed here on our drive from Texas to Indiana for the holidays, and it was perfect for our needs. Room was small but cozy and clean. It was really quiet, seemed like we had the place to ourselves. Super close to the main drag

Quick, easy, no traffic, 15 minute parking right by. The water is hot so be careful. Like hurts hot. Especially in the summer. We filled our jug and just let it cool. The water is flavorless, didnât have any issues with it.
