Arkansas Oral Surgery - Surgical center in Russellville - 2415 W Parkway Dr, USA

Well everything started really well, had to return a few hours later for procedure due to meds I was taking. I thought was a good catch for my safety. From that morning of showing which teeth I needed extracted to my return, some how equaled #3,#19. Not really sure what those numbers represent, but apparently one of them doesn't represent the actual tooth I requested pulled that was causing my discomfort. Upon waking up from anesthesia with my mouth gauze packed and headed home, I was very numb so until almost home I realized that one of my problem teeth are still there, and found a tooth missing that I had never had any issues with. I don't know if this is common for this type of mistake from this provider or not, first time visitor. Now I'm left wondering what if anything was supposed to have been wrong with that tooth, the pain and soreness from the 2 extractions as well as the original culprit that was left behind. Oh yeah some information I requested from my 7 am time frame that was replied to with we will go over other options with you for the rest of your needs, never got addressed as well. Just praying for quick healing and then got to regroup and get the other one extracted. Most likely will have to find a different care provider. I guess for the work that was done, it was good work.. It just wasn't the right tooth! 😕

removed all my wisdom teeth smoothly for the most part and quickly too. Staff was super nice i even was given a blanket to use since was cold. Overall really recommend!

The removal of my wisdom was rushed, my iv was rushed and as a result a new one had to be started. Bruising lasted over 3 week, I couldn't open my mouth more than half an inch for about 3 weeks and now when I do, there is popping and pain.

Dr. Batson and his staff know what they’re doing. I don’t ever worry about my children when they leave the waiting room and head back for various reasons. So thankful for this crew.

Got my wisdom tooth pulled, they did a really good job! Didn't even hurt the next day. I recommend them.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made my girl very comfortable about having her wisdom teeth removed. The Anesthesiologist was amazing about talking to her about everything he was doing so she would be calm through the IV. Highly recommend

Very informative, caring and professional. I had to have a tooth removed due to a bad root canal by another dentist. I was going to have an implant completed at the same time. Unfortunately I had an infection. Will be finishing my implant once that heals. They were very kind, caring and comforting while prepping me. Everyone made sure that I was comfortable and informed the whole time. They worked. Dry well together so it was not a stressful visit. The pain after the surgery was manageable with ibuprophen which was an answer to my prayer. What a fantastic team.
