Managed IT Services Miami really came through for me. I use my computer for work at a startup and every minute it is down is lost productivity. Dell, the owner arranged for me to bring it in when he opened and within a couple of hours was able replace the broken touchpad with a replacement unit I got from Dell (the computer manufacturer, not the owner). As fate would have it, the replacement unit was defective, but Dell (the owner) was able to combine parts off the old unit and the new defective unit to get a fully functional system. Even though he had to pull the computer apart a second time to address the defective part, he still got me the computer back quickly and at a reasonable price. I will be back again if I ever need computer repair.

Ebony on the phone provided very poor customer service, I am a company with 400 plus computers and they would not help me.
