My husband and I moved to Corpus Christi from another state, and choosing Ariza Apartments was definitely the best decision. We love everything about living here. Everyone, from the leasing team (Madison & Alyssa) to the maintenance, the apartment life team (Matt & Tori), and the property courtesy officer has been outstanding. Everyone is super friendly and brings a great atmosphere, including all the residents. It's the little details that make you feel safe and welcome. The apartments are very nice and located in a very convenient area. We love calling this place home!

All I can say is WOW! As a long time renter I am no stranger to the process of leasing and the frustrations and friction that often happen with front office staff but I can safely say that the process of leasing with Ariza has been nothing but a pleasure. This solely due to Madison and Alyssa , the leasing staff at Ariza. They are patient , knowledgeable, professional and pleasant ! They have made leasing a smooth and easy experience. If my experience with the staff is anything to measure my future experience by , then I have no doubt I will enjoy living in this community. I highly recommend anyone looking to rent to check this place out first !

I took a tour of Ariza during my apartment hunting today and was really impressed! The girls in the office were so kind and welcoming. The place was immaculate! Not the cheapest place to live in Corpus granted, but you get what you pay for, right? The area is nice and they are adding on a whole new lot of apartments. If you're apartment shopping definitely give them a shot. I'll be adding Ariza to the top of my interest list for sure!

This is a really nice complex! In this city it’s hard to find something this cozy and safe feeling. Really quiet and peaceful too. Lived here for almost 2 years and was the best apartment experience so far after trying out a few others. Never had any issues but if we ever needed anything the staff was there. Maintenance are always on top of their game. Pool and landscape are always clean- residents actually care about the place and don’t litter. Madison and Alyssa are sweet and helpful. Pet friendly and plenty of amenities washer/dryer/dishwasher and you can even get a garage. Would recommend!

I want to start by saying that I stayed here for 2 years, one year with a roommate in a perfectly fine apartment. But the second year I lived alone in a 1 bedroom 3rd floor apartment, although the staff are generally wonderful and the apartments seem nice at first glance. There was mold on the vents in the bathroom when I first moved in which is because of the poor ventilation due to the bathroom design and fan not being sufficient. One of the drawers in my bathroom had extensive damage which made it unusable because of the hole it had. I reported the drawer when I first moved in and they said they would replace it but never did for the whole year I lived there. PSA: If you live here invest in a dehumidifier because me and my friend who both lived here for over a year ended up with mold on many of our belongings, my friend contacted staff about this for assistance with and received nothing but bandaids on a persistent issue that the staff refused to resolve or financially aid for hiring a professional to help with mold removal. I also had an extremely persistent pigeon problem, with a pigeon couple using my balcony as a nest the whole year I lived alone, I would suggest putting a chicken wire fence up because despite my best efforts curtains, sharp smells, and loud sounds did nothing to deter them. Outside of these problems it is a safe community but these are issues I believe you should be aware of before moving here. I would expect more for the price you have to pay for these apartments.

Ariza is really the best place to live in the Corpus Christi area! I have lived here for almost 2 years and nothing but great things to say about the complex and its amazing staff!! Madison and Alyssa in the front office always make the time to talk to every resident around the apartments and are a quick call or email away with anything residents need!! The hard working maintenance team is fast to complete any request. Everyone at Ariza is truly amazing and care for every resident like family!

Definitely the best experience I have had with a complex thus far. The leasing staff is very attentive and by far the most friendly I have ever come across. The entire Ariza staff (including maintenance & the porter) genuinely cares about this property and the work they do. 100% would recommend to anyone if you are looking for a true community!

I’ve moved around a lot, and I had never lived in a place that hosts community events to bring people together. The nicest people work and live there, I am so happy I moved here. It has been by far the easiest move I’ve ever made. The apartments are brand, new and immaculate, and the staff is the most accommodating, generous and personal people. I have met in a long time.
