Crazy to think that me and my parents live there back in 1995 it was Hidden Harbor and my dad paid about $420 a month for rent and the same units now are being charged for way more and to be honest they’re not even different from then. As usual you don’t get much for your money. A shoebox apartment at a high price.
With a lil TLC our apartment has come together quite nicely. The property management staff is top notch and very friendly. We have seen property maintenance in the community being done on a daily basis. We love the fact that they allow pets of all sizes (we have a lil english bulldog but they're a heavy breed) and the dog park is great! We've only been here a short time, but so far so good.

We love living here! The apartments are beautiful, the neighbors are so nice, and maintenance is awesome. Fixed any needs we had with the nicest guys! Definitely recommend

Beautiful beyond belief. There is so much to do here! The disc golf courses are top notch, the ball golf diving range is exactly what you'd need for a good practice session, and the dog park is very spacious. Kids can play on the splash pad/fountain.
Very big park. We went there for the Winterfest and was pleasantly surprised that the rides are free and lots of activities especially for the kids. Nicely done. The park is very pretty as well.
