Ariel Dunes I (ADI) at Seascape Resort - Condominium complex in Miramar Beach - 112 Seascape Dr, USA

You guys I don't care how many good reviews this woman has; pay attention to the bad ones. She claims every other few renters do excessive damage to the "oven" and charges 1/4 of your deposit to have "employees" "deep clean" for 3 hours. First let me share that unlike most host she requires a $250 cash deposit which she will start hounding you for 3 weeks before your trip. Then she will start asking around day 3 of your stay what time you will be checking out because she has "other" guests coming in and has little time to clean. Unwelcoming. There was a misunderstanding with one of my guest and for one evening we did have a couple extra guest show up, which I was handling immediately but quietly to avoid destroying my 15 year old daughters trip with arguing and fighting. They were packing up and the host was letting me know the whole time that she was watching on the ring camera she has which made me extremely uncomfortable but with respect I kindly explained the situation and asked if we would be allowed to stay. She then accused me of being a liar and said she had been watching since the second day I arrived but my issue with that is again, she is admitting to spying on us before there was ever an issue because at that time we still only had 7 total guests. My problem I gave this woman who makes 12k a month renting her property my hard earned money for a relaxing peaceful week and this woman did nothing but harass and evade my privacy. Thats not all! We were barely 7 mins past 10am and she approached one of my children with "are y'all out yet" "its time to get out Ive gotta get started" I introduced myself and asked if she was Donna, still tried to be kind and she told me as far as causing WW3 in front of my kids "that's life". I have a liver disease and dont have many vacations left in my life and this host terrorized me for at least one of them. She took $65 for herself to deep clean on top on $7 for a PayPal fee and refunded about $174 to my Paypal account which I paid a fee to transfer to my bank account.

Had a bit of trouble with Security at the pools, our resort owners advertised the use of all pools but one of the security guards disagreed while others seemed to be ok with it. Just some cross training needed or consistency. Other that that we really enjoyed the space and the views as well as the pools, most of the staff were nice. We would love to come back in the future.

We had a great time in Destin, our condo was perfect with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with all appliances, and laundry room in the unit. We were on the 21st floor. Great view. We will definitely be back!!!

This place is great! The view is AMAZING! Spent most of the time on the balcony enjoying the view. So close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Clean and well maintained. Will come back!

Beautiful view to the ocean. Walk across the s street to the beach. Spacious rooms. Very nice condo. Several pools tp choose from. Many tasty restaurants close by to choose from, a couple within walking distance.

Enjoyed our stay, be careful when you stay. Received a call claiming I had a vehical violation. However, the head of security said there was nothing on file for me or my vehicle. So, possibly just a way for the rental service to make more money. So verify ...

We have rented before. They advertise newly remodeled unit 2004, not true. But worse part is they are supposed with smoke free. This unit smells like an old full ashtray. Smoke is coming through the air vents on both bathrooms. We have to keep the doors open most of the time. Debbie the building manager had an air purifier sent up. Not helping! We did not get snowbird rates for this place . They wouldn’t refund our money or move us. Would you like to spend almost 10 thousand dollars on a smelly unit that doesn’t even have a dresser to put your clothes in? We have guests that have to put their suits cases open on the floor, if they can’t hang soon the closet. Think twice about renting here!!! 🤬

We just stayed for 5 days, 4 nights in Ariel Dunes I. Absolutely beautiful room location #905. Perfect view of ocean, staff is nice, quiet , great location, clean
