Came in town to celebrate our MSU grad and discovered this gem! We arrived at 10:30 AM in the mood for a hearty breakfast and Arepas did not disappoint!! The guys each enjoyed 2 Mañaneras and a Rumbera! I ordered a gluten free Good Morning with sliced avocados. The food was fresh, healthy, and delicious! Liz was attentive and friendly :) We capped off our meal with some tasty churros !
This place is my absolute favorite in the entire town. From brunch to lunch to dinner to cocktails, this place does it all AND does it well. The prices for their drinks simply cannot be beat for the flavor. The service is quick and very friendly (shout out to Stacy!). I have never been disappointed in Arepas. I recommend all my out of town friends come here if they visit, even if a new cuisine is a bit out of their comfort zone.
Arepas is truly and warm and welcoming place to be. The service is amazing and the Food is immaculate. I’ve been coming for such a long time I’m basically a regular there and I wouldn’t change it. The prices are very fair and reasonable and the daily deals are very consumer friendly. I recommend anyone who want good freshly made food. Arepas is really like a second home away from home.

Arepas is such a gem in Starkville! From their amazing drinks to the delicious food, I highly recommend checking them out! Best espresso martini in Starkville!
First impressions: Seated at a visibly unclean table, which the server only cleaned after being informed. Received food and coffee menus along with a glass of ice water, but after waiting 10+ minutes, the server didn't return to take our orders. A disappointing experience.
What took us so long to try Arepa’s! What a wonderful meal! We started with the Tostones and each ordered 1 arepa. We wondered if 1 Arepa each would be filling enough, absolutely is! They had $2 mojito specials and we also ordered a chicha (described as a Venezuelan milkshake) They compare it to the Mexican horchata if you’ve had that before. Our server, Reid, was great!
Came here for dinner with a friend and absolutely loved it! Service was so friendly and accommodating. Food and drink was DELICIOUS, I was completely obsessing over it. Great vegetarian options here too!

It's well kept and an asset to the community. They need to open the new parking. I thought it wasn't open; but when I left the fields the other day, the cones had been moved and people parked there. Still a great place!
