Cockroaches, and mice everywhere. No longer a hotel, Management turned rooms into rentals

No front desk staff. Lots of riff raff. There is a bug and rodent problem that raises much concern as well.

Infested with cockroaches and mice! Inhumane living conditions!!

Would not recommend this pigsty to anyone, unless you enjoy sharing your bed with bed bugs, the kitchen stove had a live rodent peeking out at me and my girlfriend. The room looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned since the grand opening. The floors were filthy and felt greasy on my feet. Do not stay at this establishment and tell everyone you know not to stay either. Likelihood of catching some kind of infection is astronomical!

The facility was in a residential area but had several very sketchy and young people and several people that appeared to be transients wandering around the premises. I had reserved a room without a kitchenette, but my reservation was lost and had to spend an extra $20 for the room. I had to pay a refundable $50 down payment. Parking was very limited and most cars parked there were very sketchy looking. Felt very worried about rental car's safety, having to park along the street. Many of the tenants was long long term. There were no silverware, cups, plates, bowls, cookware anyway. The floor and couch were dirty, the dark hall was a bit scary. There was no closet hanger or even a clothes rod. No chairs to sit on. The room smelled old, but wasn't that bad. Bed was adequate. Shower was ok, but not great. I didn't need hot water anyway after running the marathon. ||Upon checkout I waited about 30 min to get the $50 refund back. Will never go close to that motel again.

Visited a friend. The rooms were surprisingly big but roaches everywhere and smell of propane was strong

As a motel this place is not ready for prime time. It is an apartment complex for very poor people and transients with vacant rooms treated as hotel rooms. My room was clean, freshly painted, but the new pillows had a horrible chemical odor to them. There were no towel racks or hangers or even a bedroom chair to set things on. The place is noisy (other tenants and highway noise). The staff does their best but can't overcome the problems. The wi-fi signal in my room did not connect to the internet. Room security (locks & windows) was a joke. My room had a full kitchen but no utensils or cookware. The towels were surprisingly nice even though they had. to be piled on the edge of the sink.

Have seen some really bad reviews on this place but not sure why. It IS in a poor area & not the easiest to get to. When we arrived, 2 tweens were skateboarding in the little courtyard & staff was watering the flowerbed. Check-in was easy, pleasant. Exterior is in good condition but room are aged, needed repair, including new carpet; surprised it had a full kitchen. My biggest complaint was that the pillows are SO flat they should've been replaced, which is petty. For the price we paid, it was quite acceptable.
