My family has now taken two iPads to this place. The first was in June 2022: My iPad Air 5th Gen, which had HORRIBLE digitizer and LCD damage! We took it to Arctic Tech, and slightly less than a month later it was good as new (save for a dirt speck in the front camera). It took a long time, but it was worth it! 5 stars on that fix. In the week of May 9 this year, we took my old iPad 6 into Arctic Tech for repair. It had a ripped up digitizer with many cracks, plus a missing home button. It is now June 22, and the iPad is still in the repair shop. The guy says it’ll be ready by the end of this week, which is today. I’m a little disappointed with how long this repair is taking, but I understand that this is a precise repair, especially with the home button assembly. I hope it’ll be done at least by the end of this upcoming week.

Paid 150 bucks to get an hdmi port fixed. Got home and the problem was fixed for all of six hours after plugging it back in. Literally didn’t touch it after that and it stopped working again. Dude didn’t even own up to his sub par repair job.

He did a great job with my PC after I accidentally built it incorrectly. Also was very affordable with his pricing! Cable management was good and he installed a lot programs needed so I just added my games to it. He did take a bit with it, but I can tell he handled my pc with care so that’s all that mattered. I recommend this place!

Dude had my console for more than a month couldn't fix it I figured out what was wrong with it in 4 days maybe he can fix an HDMI port that's about it--_----- And why you responding in the middle of the work day shows the work ethic involved get on that bench and work bro

Quality service to fix the maxed out storage of my MacBook. Roger was a busy mad man behind the counter serving numerous customer issues. There is a kind dog in store. Reasonable charge to fix: $75. I was able to leave macbook and return a couple hours later when it was ready for pickup.

Roger performed a great feat, getting my phone back in service. The price was great relative to the amount of time he spent on it. When you go, be patient. He's a one man shop. Well worth the wait!

I needed a battery replacement for my iPhone 6s+ back in January 2022. I thought it was a long shot the they would have the battery for a phone that old but they did. It was a little scary watching the guy pull the battery adhesive out of my phone while he shared his philosophy about the value of learning new things but he was able to it in very short order. 18 months later everything is still working fine and the battery is still holding a charge. Excellent work!
