This is our third hot tub purchase through Arctic Spas and we wouldn’t do it any other way. We priced out all the hot tub companies around as this was a business expense for a vacation rental and though they were slightly higher than we would have paid through a club membership the value is 100% there on service, delivery and follow up. Jennifer in Vancouver is especially fantastic as she is patient and will do what it takes to make sure you have a good experience. Looking forward to many good reviews from our guests using the new spa.
In July of 2022, our family purchased a home in Vancouver that had a Hudson spa originally installed in 2015. Visited Arctic Spa - Vancouver when a problem developed with the control panel. Jen Chipman, the proprietor walked me through troubleshooting tips to try prior to replacing control panel. Fortunately, her expert tips paid off and a new control panel was not necessary. What I learned from the above superior customer service experience is that Jen and her team are more concerned with their client’s complete satisfaction rather than making a rapid sale. Whether you need testing swabs, new filters or a new top of the line swim/spa, I can’t imagine a better, more professional team to deal with than the Arctic Spa-Vancouver team. Try them, just like me you WILL be impressed !!
Purchased a salt water spa six months ago, the best thing I ever did for my family. Beautiful and so wonderful for the stressful days. Helps tremendously with the cold and flu season as well. People at Arctic spa are knowledgeable and know their spas. Could not ask for a better place to purchase what you just might need and want.
This place is great. Jordan Wells took the time to teach me about how our old spa worked, and how to repair and maintain it. They even had all the parts I needed for my old 2006 spa. Highly recommend.
I love my swim spa a perfect experience from the time I ordered it to the time I got it even through Covid. This thing takes care of itself with the spa boy app I have had for one year and still stupid. Happy ! The local Arctic Spa Log store in Vancouver couldn’t be better or more accommodating! such nice people, and very very helpful I would give everyone there 5 stars gotta be from the top down with such great attitudes
You will find luxury spas paired with incredible customer service at Arctic Spas. My spouse and I purchased a new spa that was delivered today. Wow, what a great experience we had; everything from the fantastic sales experience with Jennifer C. to the amazing venture we had with the two delivery professionals who spent a couple of hours with us installing the unit, training us on how to use it, and just being all around amazing people to spend the morning with. We purchased a hot tub from Arctic Spas Vancouver just before Christmas. First, let me say that the salesmen (Jordan) that we worked with is fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, gave us options to consider that fit our needs and our budget and was overall wonderful to work with. Luckily we were able to get our hot tub delivered rather quickly (less than a week) and we were up and running in no time. As someone who has had years of back pain, I am thrilled to say that after sitting in this hot tub I am pain free for the first time in YEARS. Thank you Arctic Spas and thank you Jordan. God bless.
