Great overall hotel! Stayed with my son for a hockey tournament and we loved this hotel. Entire staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the 2 king beds were great. The area had great restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend

I absolutely love this hotel, have probably spent close to 100 night there over the last 3-4 years. Such good service. Rooms are great especially the suites with balconies. Restaurant and bar have high quality food at good prices. Very nice large workout facilities also.

We are frequent visitors to The Archer Burlington MA hotel. Whether it is just for a cocktail or to dine, it is warm and welcoming. Staff is awesome and always remember our preferences. We just stayed overnight for NYEve. We have stayed before ... guest rooms are spacious and pristine. Front desk help cannot do enough for you as you register and during the stay. The hotel is also family friendly and dog friendly and has a lovely patio for warmer weather. Best spot in town.

The Archer hotel was a so-so stay for my husband and I. When we first got there, the man who greeted us to check-us in ignored us for a solid minute as we stood there and then rudely said one minute finally as we still waited hands full of bags. He was not the most friendly person for us to encounter after 6 hours of driving. Nonetheless, the hotel itself was nice and atmosphere seemed cool. The room was clean, but very much on the small side. The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows were way too soft for our liking (personal preference of course). The biggest drawback though is the noise. The rooms are VERY much not sound proof and we heard everything going on out in the hall. This was quite annoying especially when it was 11 AM and we heard some lady cursing out drunk in the hall. Also, there was only 1 wireless phone charger in the room and no cables for the plug-ins. We had to bring cables in from our car to be able to charge both our phones. The slippers in the bathroom were a nice bonus, but nothing crazy just thin bottoms. Overall, we would not stay again, but it was a decent enough for our needs.

Brittany at the front desk check me and my husband in on Saturday morning when we arrived EARLY! Like 11am. I think she over heard us talking about it being his birthday. We got settled in the large room with great bathroom. Beds are super comfortable. Rooms are clean. We went out for a sunset cruise and when we came back to order dinner to the room they had dropped off a gift for my husband (and me!)...champagne and dessert with a birthday card. Thanks Brittany. What a nice touch to our quick stay! Also, when we ordered dinner and ask for Togo utensils (from an outside restaurant) we arrived back and then realized they didn't give is any. The gentleman Saturday evening at the front desk (I didn't get his name) brought them to us quickly so our dinner was still enjoyed hot. Thank you all for our stay.

I stay at the Archer in Burlington multiple times every year for work. Pros: Generally good, friendly staff. Decent restaurant, other walkable restaurants. Walking distance from a good grocery store. Upscale decor, looks like a "nice" hotel. Some covered parking. Cons: Terrible sound insulation, you can hear every footstep and conversation through the ceiling. Led lights! Smoke detectors have bright flashing lights right above the bed. Every light switch has a bright, always-on led. Phone, USB chargers, etc. It sounds crazy but I bring electrical tape every time I stay here because it drives me crazy. Inconsistent water pressure. Some rooms have fine showers, some have pitiful water supply. Can't discern a pattern yet, will update if I do.

I can’t say enough about how much I love the Archer. I live locally but a guilty pleasure for my wife and I is to come here on the occasional special occasion. It’s a great place that can offer a chill getaway not far from home and near some great restaurants and other things to do. But mainly I come here when I want a good drink and a place to catch up on sleep! On our most recent visit, the staff went way out of their way to make it special. I had planned to be here for my birthday but had come down with something and had to reschedule. I wasn’t able to get a refund because of the third party booking rules (hopefully my credit card travel insurance will come through), but the hotel offered a very nice discount on one of their best rooms, and were extremely gracious through the whole process. The staff, the bar, the vibes are all amazing. Great hotel.

I haven’t stayed in a lot of great hotels, but I have stayed in a lot of bad ones and this is NOT one of them. The staff never scolded or glared at my children for grabbing mints at check in or excitedly using the hot chocolate bar at night. There was daily housekeeping with a small treat left for us. Two king size beds in a room. Our socks didn’t get dirty walking around. Work out room has everything you could want. Pool is very small. Other amenities- free parking, fantastic food, polite staff, morning coffee/tea bar, make this place very fantastic. Thank you housekeeping!
