ARCH Training is by far the best gym in Monmouth County if not NJ. Everyone is welcoming and overly helpful. The equipment is top notch and the classes are fantastic! The trainers are all extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain how to use the machines or the proper way to do a specific exercise. It doesn't matter your skill level, as there is something for everyone. The gym is very clean and even offers complimentary towels. The hours of operation are very accommodating as they offer earlier morning classes, evening classes and open gym throughout the day and night. You are doing your body a disservice if you are not working out at Arch! I can't thank Dom, Jordan, Tegan, Trish and Claudia enough as this place saved my life. Arch gym is superior! The owners are always available and genuinely care for their members. The staff is approachable, engaging and encouraging. The open gym equipment is top of the line and the group classes are never the same. They also offer multiple work out programs to choose from for the open gym. This gym has the best equipment in the area and offers the best classes. You won't find a gym that offers this much variety for such a reasonable membership fee. I've even become a personal trainer myself after enjoying learning so much during my training time the past 5 years here.

I have worked with Jordan for over 15 years, and my sessions, despite lupus and severe asthma, made me feel so much better that I missed them when I couldn't drive for 45 minutes to the gym. Jordan, quietly, studies your body and then helps you work very hard without injuries nor making your health issues worse. Arch training is an amazing gym, great atmosphere, with top tier trainers and programming. I have been a part of the community since I was a young girl and not only have I consistenly had great workouts, gained stregnth, and met amazing supportive people but they have helped me grow as a person overall, which is something you can't find anywhere else. Classes are always new and high intensity. Equipment is state of the art and always evolving. Trainers and members are really special people. Find better, you wont.
