Fast service, people working there are very friendly. Food was great. And it was hot. Great place to stop for a quick meal.
I ordered my food on the arbys app. I went in the store to pick up my food and I overheard one of the workers making fun of my order because I ordered several packets of horsey sauce. I was not comfortable at all. No apology or nothing. Told me my food was right there then turned around to talk with her employees. Y’all need to work on your customer service
I ordered the bourbon brisket through the drive-through and was appalled as to the lack of meat and the way the sandwich looked. I paid almost $7 for a sandwich and it looked like the picture that I have posted service was good but the sandwich was not what you expect when you pay $7. I did not notice the sandwich until I was on the highway and away from the store
Went for 5 piece chicken strip and received 5 nuggets had to drive back 10 mins and got the same exact thing disappointed Atleast could have told me no strips instead of trying to give big nuggets
