Arby's - Fast food restaurant in Wayne - 34475 Michigan Ave, USA

Most of the time my food is fresh and delicious, if you know what to order from Arby's. But on December 7th 2023, I went late and there's wasn't even a big line yet it took them 20 minutes to get the guys order in front of us which was only 3 kids meals! and when we got to the window it was another 10-15 minutes. I understand if they were short staffed, but we did not deserve the attitude from the employee. My drink was sitting and waiting the entire time we were waiting in line. So it became watery and gross. So my boyfriend asked the employee for another coke, but he kinda looked mad and said it would be an up charge for another coke. Clearly he wasn't understanding that it was waiting in a line of other drinks, slowly becoming undrinkable. So my boyfriend explained it was waiting a long time so now the ice has melted. The guy finally understood gave us another drink and we drove off. Only for me to understand, that he just gave me another coke that was already watered down. AND the first coke he gave me, we had to give back to him. Which is 100% against proper food protocol.

The menu screen was not readable in the drive through. Although I was asked twice if I wanted condiments. There was none with my order. Food tastes great though.

I stay in Romulus and drive to garden city just to avoid going to this location. I swear every time here it's an issue, either the order is missing items or the food is half made. I never have an issue at the location in garden city food is always fresh hot made correctly. Here's an example I purchased these salads same night from this location an from the location I go to and you can clearly see the difference in quality of food. This location needs an overhaul in management or just close,your wasting customers time and money.

Virtually impossible for them to get your order right. Last 2 visits...1st: forgot my cookie. Was looking forward to that. Just now went, got my cookie. Thanks but no Mac n cheese bites I ordered. You'd think they would step it up this time. Nope! This can't be that hard. You have a screen that says what's supposed to be in the bag that you are giving out. Not rocket science to follow directions. Not even worth calling the store this time either. It's a lost cause over there. Do some training. Step 1: Put the doobies down while working. Step 2: Read the screen and receipt. Step 3: Put the items that you just read in the bag. Step 4: Repeat steps 1-3. 👎

Recently visited and the drive thru screen was completely black so we assumed that they were close and were driving away when they opened the window and told us to come pull around or come inside if we needed to see the menu. They were super helpful and very ready to get us what we needed!

Was asked 3x what sauce I wanted for mozzarella sticks, my throat hurts from repeating myself, and a large asphalt boulder sitting in middle if parking lot. I guess to la y to move it away grom path if cars pulling in from Michigan ave.

Ordered from this location on Uber eats and they literally got the whole order wrong. They left out my slider, the food was cold, gave my son a beef and cheddar instead of the chicken sandwich we ordered, forgot the drinks to my two kids meals and didn’t send the the cheese cups that I paid for. I’m just very confused how they got so much wrong in one order. It’s almost if they did it on purpose.

The food here is delicious! I like the counter service too. They are up beat and in tune with their customers. The food is hot and fresh. Parking is plentiful. Drive through service is polite and accurate. The dining area is quiet and pleasant. Ding! Ding! Another great meal!
