Arby's - Fast food restaurant in New Martinsville - 281 WV-2, USA

This place is a joke anymore. They send out half raw food you call to complain to the manager Robby about the new sandwich which is a cheesy bacon burger on being half raw inside. He said they come from corporate office & we are only supposed to cook them for 1 min & 45 seconds so they are gonna come out pink no where does it say that their burger is coming out half raw or I would've asked for well done. He was not very professional then ordered Mac & Cheese bites well they were burnt again Robby gave an excuse well some don't come with a lot of batter but we gotta cook them through. Not once did he try to make it right whatsoever. The only manager that is any good there is Tabby. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves not warning the customers about how your burger comes out the general public has a right to know these things before they waste their hard earned money. Robby didn't even try to make it right shame on you never again.

Food made me sick. Ordered a regular roast beef combo for supper. Next morning bad stomach. Thank heavens for pepto.

The cashier with the long hair, was absolutely fantastic. He was Polite, professional and friendly. Sandwiches were put together to resemble sandwiches. Extremely pleased with the visit and the quality of my food. Thanks!

Curly fries with cheese is the whole rizz that Arby's supplies.. They got that good stuff that you want, let them be your roast beef push up, push up, push up.

My dear friend loves Arbys. She’s a bit of a flirt but sufferings from a good deal of allergies. Arbys if great for her as she can eat just about everything on the menu. She particularly loves their curly fries. I must agree with her they are pretty good. There’s a certain demographic you expected at Arbys. The man who go there’s because eating a half pound of processed meat makes him feel masculine but that ain’t her.

Best place to eat in the area.

I just came home with my sandwiches and they had an onion bun and red sauce after I very clearly asked for a regular bun with no sauce. Thanks for stealing my $6 and making me cook anyways. I haven't been there in years for the exact same reason. If you don't want to do it just day so.
