Arby's - Fast food restaurant in Loveland - 1617 E Eisenhower Blvd, USA

My food tasted old the Turkey looked suspicious and I don’t think I’ll be returning. Had the same meal at other Arby’s plenty of times and knew it wasn’t worth what I paid. I just feel like I paid to probably get food poisoning. Do better please. Freshness matters. I’ll be making my own at my home next time!

The only time I ever come to Arby's. The summer return on their Chicken salad sandwich. It's the closest chicken salad to my homemade one, but I don't have to chop everything up myself so it's a win-win for me! 😊 I'm glad that their sandwich is consistently good. It never disappoints. It's not a healthy option by any means (at 840 calories) but still, it's a cold option on hot days and "feels" lighter than a heavy burger. The ingredients are always fresh, juicy grapes, crispy lettuce and celery, crunchy sweet apples and the soft whole wheat bread. Yum! This location has some very friendly staff and I VERY much appreciate that they have so many seniors on staff. I ordered my food to dine in but got it to go instead of dining in. I always get the unsweetened tea with this sandwich and it always tastes freshly made. The only reason for the 4 stars is the manager or shift leader, whoever is in charge there today. You can hear her being loud and rude to the employees by correcting their "little mistakes". No need to talk to you employees in a harsh and condescending tone. And respect your elders. Be a nice human being, you catch more bees with honey than with vinegar. If I've learned one thing after being a director or manager for many years....you're a much more effective leader if you follow the golden rule, treat others how you wish to be treated. I'm sure your guests don't want to be hearing you belittle your employees while trying to enjoy their food. Otherwise, all esle was great.

I was there to grab some lunch. Lady took my order on speaker. Then I drove up to the window and Jason helped me the rest of the way. He did an awesome job. His attitude and personality in helping me was well appreciated. I was very surprised cause decent customer service is hard to find these days. Thank you Jason, you seem like you like helping make people happy in there time there and enjoy your job. Very good qualities🙂

Came through drive thru felt like I was being a burden wash rushed through placing my order. I ordered 4 sandwiches and got 3 Arby's sauce, not even enough to put 1 packet per sandwich. Ordered two things of fries. The crinkle fries were old and hard as a rock. Spent 30 dollars and I have never had such a horrible experience.

Nothing was fresh. Everything was like it was cooked yesterday and heated up today. The shake I ordered definitely vanilla not jamocha. The fish is rubbery curly fries cold and nasty, asked to have them remade and assume they gave me the same ones cuz nothing was different. Worst lunch I’ve had in years. Never going there again.

Have enjoyed Arby's since I was a kid. New fave is the sliders! Love the smaller serving size (don't always need a huge sandwich). There are 3 varieties with the much smaller price point under $2. Makes 'em perfect for a snack or to share, plus they all come with cheese. Yum 😊

I started going to Arby's more because of the fish. I was sad when I was on my last visit with my mother, that you discontinued it. It was a great product!Probably will find another business that carries fish. Probably will try Carver's as they are advertising Cod.

They first forgot my Ajou then give me 1/4 full very simple to fill it at least half way I get cutting costs but this is just laziness
