Arby's - Fast food restaurant in Avon Park - 5 US Hwy 27 N, USA

This is the problem with franchise fast food. They started good but over time the food and service go down to the toilet. And it is mostly the employee and management fault. Both stop caring on producing good quality food and service and the consumer just became a number. Then they tell you we are sorry blah blah but they don't really care cause the bad quality of food and service never change.

It was okay but I didn’t notice the meat was severely undercooked till after eating. Which sucks now that I have stomach pain. It was also really pricey. Just go to Five Guys not far away in Sebring if you’re looking for a decent burger for the same price point as of here.

I have never had a bad meal at Arby's until tonight. Was awful! Mac N Cheese Balls were burnt & hollow inside, tenders overdone & French fries were cold. $11.39 for a 3 PC Tenders meal. It should have been better. Night Shift needs to do much better. Not given any Arby's Sauce for husbands Roast Beef Sliders. Probably won't go back at night time. Been eating here for years. 😥😖.

Arby's is about as American you can get! Their roast beef sandwiches are the bomb, and a side of curly fries with Arby's or Horsey sauce makes it the perfect American lunch! This place had fast service, great food, and definitely put a smile on my face!

Rude employees on their phones, giving attitude to polite customers. Overpaying for gross food that's prepared incorrectly and missing half of what you paid for ... Ghetto AF to say The least

I'll bet this Arby's has particular sauces that would make the food taste quite a bit different, just like all of the other Arby's that I've been to in my over 4 decades on this earth. I probably would have reluctantly gotten back into my car and driven back there to ask, if we had just gone home after going through the drive through instead of heading out of town on our way to an event. I'm sure the mozzarella sticks would not have been so hard to swallow and the roast beef sandwiches would have had more flavor as well as not been nearly as dry. When there are cars behind me and the drive through person acts like they are in a hurry, while at the same time you are in a hurry, you tend to assume everything is in the bag. Their job is to at least ask in order to make a reasonable effort for you to have a positive experience so you will come back. Fast food restaurants started trying to cut down on wasted condiments over a decade ago and have transitioned into a culture of maximizing their profits by depriving customers of the minimal staples that enhanced the flavor enough to get us to like it. But they are absolutely charging substantially more. Your loosing customers trying to save 25 cents. I review restaurants all over the country giving credit where it is earned, which doesn't take anything beyond fulfilling expectations the restaurant sets, but I won't return to a place that isn't concerned with the customers experience. It absolutely does not take much effort and it starts with the manager setting expectations and establishing a mindset with all employees that the customer experience is top priority. It's not all Arby's fault, fast food as a whole has suffered unfortunately.

Whoever the Manager or person taking care of the orders 10/19/23 was outside with another employee against a car when my Wife and I pulled into the Drive Thru. Either smoking a tobacco product or Marijuana because those are usually the only 2 things an employee would be outside doing. As soon as he answered on the head set it was major attitude. We pulled in at 9:58 - 10:00 PM. This location closes at 11. I'm pretty sure neither one of them cleaned their hands after coming from outside. Because as soon as I ordered he was rushing us super fast. I was trying to say something else, but didn't get the chance. He told me the Total for my order and everything. My Wife was trying to order for herself and he had even more attitude because we wanted to order something else. We didn't even eat or get to receive our food because I felt very disrespected and upset. So we just pulled out of the Drive Thru and left. We have never had a issue before at this location, but I feel now that I can't go back due to the employee's not caring or having any kind of compassion for what it means to cook good quality food. I would know after cooking/being a Chef for 12 years. Yes I understand that its Fast Food, but if you don't put love or care into any kind of food you are making, especially at home, it will always come out terrible. I understand people have bad days. But outside issues stay outside of work. If you don't like your job. Then find a new one. Working in food is definitely not easy and it is definitely not for everyone. Customer Service is very important. Food Quality and Consistency is very important.

Their special venison, elk, and beef burger with black cherry sauce was unique and excellent. Their crinkle fries were freshly made and delicious. Very highly recommended.
