Arby's - Fast food restaurant in Lima - 2393 Elida Rd, USA

Normally, I stop here after work since everywhere else is closed in town. I've always gotten what I've ordered, or if I'm ordering for myself and someone else, they're pretty ok with their game. Food is always good, 9 times out of 10, they have everything in the bag(s), sans for that 1 time here and there they forget my cheddar sauce for my curly fries, but I can live without it when that happens. Always friendly, at least civil acting, and not rude or upset, and they get their orders done and out quickly. Definitely enjoy this Arby's (in fact, both Lima locations are pretty good) and will continue to stop when hungry late night.

Paid over $8 for the "Big Cheesy bacon burger. What a scam!

Super clean restaurant, it was lunchtime when we ate there and there was not one dirty table in the place nor where there any trays on the trash cans. Staff was super friendly.

It was very clean and our food was perfect. The wrong sandwich was given to me and they threw an unopened sandwich away due to their policy. When I worked at Arby's, the costumer kept the wrong sandwich and the right one which kept food waste costs down. It bothered me so much they just threw it out.

Come here at least 1 to 2 times a week for brisket sandwich. Roast beef sandwich is also good and the mozzarella sticks.

I'm in Love 💕 with the special menu between 2-5. The sliders, $1 curly fries and personal shake for under $5 is 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯. Oh... and the New Look.... I'm lovin it🎶.... Oh wait, that's not right🤔😘😘😘

The staff is friendly. The assistant manager Isaac was very helpful, friendly and nice!! I’m not sure of all their names but Matt was another young man that was very nice and friendly. The food came up quickly and was fresh.

Fast and friendly service. Brisket sandwich was great
